What is BIM and what is its specific function?

The English full name of BIM is building information modeling, which refers to building information model.

BIM is a complete information model, which can integrate the engineering information, processes and resources in different stages of the project life cycle into a model and can be easily used by all participants in the project.

The information model of architecture is perfectly combined with the management behavior model of construction projects.
