Let me talk about my interview experience in PetroChina Ruifei this year. I was a job fair held in our school (a 985 university) in the middle of October at 5438+/KLOC-0. After that, I handed in my resume and had a simple interview on the spot, asking if I could adapt to a long-term business trip. I didn't say anything else 5438+ 10 received a second interview notice at the end of October, but it was also a self-introduction that talked about everything. After that, the Minister of Human Resources clearly told me that I had passed the second interview. Two weeks later, the telephone interview at Beijing headquarters said that as long as the second interview passed, it was basically settled. The telephone interview is just to talk about benefits for us. Next, it depends on whether you are willing to come to our company. At that time, I was naive and really believed this HR bullshit. As we all know, the peak of campus recruitment is at the end of 10 and the beginning of10. For the next two months, I didn't find a job much, just waiting for their call. The two companies that refused to wait for their call during this period were also very good, but when we waited anxiously for two weeks, it was 16544. I called their human resources department and they kept us waiting for half a month. Instead of apologizing, they gave me a very bad attitude and they hung up. This is cheating. I was really angry at that time. How can there be such a dishonest company? How can their employees speak so badly? This really surprises me, but it doesn't matter. It let me know the true face of this company earlier, but fortunately I didn't jump into this fire pit. The next day, I continued to look for a job. I found a job for two days and signed a very satisfactory company (a large central enterprise, working in the power sector, and working in my hometown). Now I think it's really a blessing in disguise. Haha, this is my real experience this year. If there is any falsehood, it will be thundered by the sky.
