Slender West Lake is located in weiyang district, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province:

Yangzhou. Slender West Lake is located at No.28 Dahongqiao Road, Weiyang District, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, between Shugang and the urban area, starting from Ganlongyu Wharf and ending at Pingshantang and Guanyin Mountain in the north of Shugang. It covers an area of nearly 2000 mu, including 700 mu of water surface area.

1, Dahongqiao:

Dahongqiao is one of the 24 scenic spots in Qing Dynasty. It was built in the Chongzhen period of the Ming Dynasty, spanning Baoan Lake. The original bridge was a wooden red fence, hence the name Hongqiao. During the Qianlong period of the Qing dynasty, it was rebuilt as a stone bridge, such as Changhong Wobo, renamed Hongqiao. Now it has been rebuilt into a 7.6-meter-wide 3-hole low-slope Qingshiqiao.

2. Spring willow in Long Beach:

The dike is more than 600 meters long, with three steps and one peach, five steps and one willow, and peach and willow alternate. Every year in March, the spring flowers are brilliant and colorful, and the willows dance and smoke.

According to legend, Yang Di Emperor Yang Guangwei went to Yangzhou and ordered the excavation of the North-South Grand Canal. After river excavation, Yu Shiqi, a bachelor of Hanlin, suggested planting willows on both sides of the river to provide shade and protect the dam. The emperor planted a willow with his own hands and named it "Yang". Later, people called it "Liu Yang".

Blowing platform, also known as Diaoyutai. According to legend, Ganlong got its name from fishing here. Diaoyutai skillfully used the technique of "framing" and became a classic of the art of "framing" in China gardens.
