Legal subjectivity:

Special operations refer to underground, high altitude, high temperature, particularly heavy physical labor and other operations harmful to health. The scope of special types of work shall be determined by the competent departments of various industries or the labor department. Special type of work is not a formal concept, but a conventional name. So there is no formal definition in laws and regulations.
