Is the furnace builder a special type of work?

Special operations refer to underground, high altitude, high temperature, particularly heavy physical labor and other operations harmful to health. The scope of special types of work shall be determined by the competent departments of various industries or the labor department. Special type of work is not a formal concept, but a conventional name. So there is no formal definition in laws and regulations. Measures for the Administration of Safety Technical Training and Assessment of Special Operators Article 3 The special operations mentioned in these Measures refer to operations that are prone to casualties and have great harm to the safety of operators, others and surrounding facilities. Special operations include: (1) electrical operations; (2) Metal welding and cutting operations; (3) Operation of hoisting machinery (including elevators); (4) driving an enterprise motor vehicle; (5) Erection operations; (six) boiler operation (including water quality test); (7) Operation of pressure vessels; (8) Refrigeration operation; (9) Blasting operations; (ten) mine ventilation operations (including gas inspection); (eleven) mine drainage operations (including tailings dam operations); (twelve) other operations proposed by the comprehensive management department of production safety of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government or the competent department of industry in the State Council, and approved by the State Economic and Trade Commission.

Legal objectivity:

The legal retirement age refers to the retirement age stipulated in the documents approved by the Second Session of the Standing Committee of the Fifth National People's Congress of NPC, the Interim Measures of the State Council on Resettlement of Old, Weak, Sick and Disabled Cadres and the Interim Measures of the State Council on Retirement and Resignation of Workers (Guo Fa [1978] 104). That is, employees of enterprises and institutions owned by the whole people, party and government organs and mass organizations: (1) men who have reached the age of 60, women who have reached the age of 50, and have worked continuously for ten years; (2) Men who have reached the age of 55, women who have reached the age of 45, and have worked continuously for ten years, engaged in underground, high altitude, high temperature, particularly heavy manual labor or other jobs harmful to health; (3) Men who have reached the age of 50 and women who have reached the age of 45 and have worked continuously for ten years are allowed to retire after being certified by the hospital and confirmed by the labor appraisal committee.
