It is a wholly state-owned enterprise with legal personality in Dongguan with a registered capital of 75 million yuan. As the main body of Humen Port's development and construction, it is mainly responsible for the overall development of Humen Port's core resources, focusing on four major businesses: container, bonded logistics, fine chemical industry in Lisha Island and public supporting facilities. It is a diversified port group that provides customers with fully functional modern ports, logistics, port-facing industries and related supporting services. The company shoulders the mission of maintaining and increasing the value of state-owned assets and promoting port prosperity.

the company has four subsidiaries, namely, Dongguan Humen Port Container Port Co., Ltd., Dongguan Humen Port International Logistics Co., Ltd., Humen Port Petrochemical Development and Construction Co., Ltd. and Humen Port Public Utilities Co., Ltd., which undertake the four major businesses of container, bonded logistics, fine chemicals and public facilities respectively. The company has administrative department, investment department, marketing department, human resources department, finance department, engineering department and other departments. Up to now, there are 12 employees.
