Should the accountant know the safe password?

The safe is a special product and can only be used by a dedicated person. Neither the password nor the key can be known or held by a second person. If conditions permit, a double-door safe can be purchased. If the cashier and accountant each use one door, there will be no problems. In special circumstances, the management can keep a key, but cannot know the password at the same time.
