Basic information of Shenzhen Municipal People's Procuratorate

1979 In March, the Supreme People's Procuratorate decided to cancel the People's Procuratorate of Baoan County and set up the People's Procuratorate of Shenzhen City, and the Procuratorate of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone was born.

In the past 20 years, with the prosperity of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, the procuratorial organs in Shenzhen have developed from the original municipal hospitals to the present municipal hospitals and six district hospitals in Futian, Luohu, Nanshan, Yantian, Baoan and Longgang, and the procuratorial team has also grown from the initial 13 to 1030, including 86 graduate students, 660 undergraduates and 2/kloc-specialists. There are political department (including cadre department, organization and education department), anti-corruption bureau (including comprehensive department, investigation department, investigation department, case investigation department), investigation and supervision department, investigation and supervision department, public prosecution department, office, legal policy research department, dereliction of duty and infringement prosecution department, duty crime prevention department, procuratorial supervision department, civil administrative procuratorial department, procuratorial technology department and accusation procuratorial department in the city hospital. Over the past 20 years, Shenzhen procuratorial organs have fully carried forward the spirit of the SAR, followed the trend of the times, and combined with the reality of the SAR, made many useful attempts and explorations. From the opening of the economic crime reporting center in March1988 to the establishment of the advisory committee on preventing corruption and bribery in August1996, from the slogan of "strengthening inspection through science and technology" to the completion of the research task of voiceprint identification technology, Shenzhen procuratorial organs have repeatedly set the first place in the country. Under the leadership of the Shenzhen Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and the superior procuratorate, under the supervision of the Shenzhen Municipal People's Congress and with the support of the Shenzhen Municipal Government, the Shenzhen procuratorate bravely stood on the forefront, resolutely reformed and boldly innovated, constantly strengthened the construction of primary hospitals, and introduced various reform measures, which achieved good results. All the six districts and hospitals under its jurisdiction have entered the ranks of "Five Good Procuratorates" and "People's Satisfaction Procuratorates", among which Longgang and Baoan Hospital have also won the title of "National Advanced Procuratorate".
