Shanghai Institute of Life Sciences of China Academy of Sciences is an important research base for life sciences in China, an incubator for the development of high-tech industries such as biotechnology and innovative drugs, and a training base for senior talents in related fields. At present, due to the need of work, 1 postdoctoral management and service personnel and 2 recruitment and deployment personnel are openly recruited.

First, the recruitment principle

Second, the recruitment position

1. 1 postdoctoral management and service personnel;

2. Recruitment and deployment of two staff members.

Third, the work content

(1) Post-doctoral management and service position: responsible for post-doctoral entry and exit, daily management and postgraduate accommodation arrangements; Hospitalization/accident insurance and claim settlement procedures.

(2) Recruitment deployment: responsible for personnel recruitment, employment, contract signing, personnel agency, card information, etc.

Four, the applicant must have the basic conditions

(A) postdoctoral management and service positions

1. Bachelor degree or above (corresponding education is required);

2. Strong organizational management, coordination ability and teamwork spirit;

3. Strong writing ability, fluent writing, good English and proficient computer operation;

4. Generally no more than 40 years old, healthy and able to travel frequently;

6. Relevant working experience is preferred.

(b) Recruitment and deployment of posts

1. Bachelor degree or above (corresponding education is required);

2. Have a background in human resource management or law, and be familiar with human resource management in public institutions is preferred;

4. Strong writing ability, fluent writing, good English and proficient computer operation;
