1. Psychological quality test: Applicants must take the psychological quality test organized by the school.
2. Employer assessment: The school employer will conduct a centralized assessment of the applicants according to the determined qualifications for the recruitment positions. The assessment method for the specific positions will be informed by Panzhihua College to the applicants before direct assessment.
3. School comprehensive interview: Based on the assessment results of each employer and the psychological quality test results, the school assessment leading group organizes comprehensive ability interviews.
4. The specific time, location, content and method of the assessment interview will be notified later.

The work unit will determine the number of physical examination personnel based on the interview results and the number of people in the recruitment position.
Employment
1. Those who pass the assessment, interview and physical examination will be hired by Panzhihua College in accordance with the relevant regulations of direct assessment and recruitment.
If the employee is employed, he/she should provide valid written certification documents such as the agreement to terminate the employment (labor) contract issued by the original unit or the effective arbitration award of personnel (labor) disputes.
2. The reviewed and confirmed personnel to be hired shall report to the school within the specified time limit, and the school will sign an employment contract and other procedures in accordance with relevant national regulations. Those who refuse to report will be disqualified from employment. Shortfalls due to the above reasons or other reasons will not be filled.
3. Recruited personnel shall implement a probation period system in accordance with relevant policies and regulations. After the probationary period expires, those who pass the school assessment and pass the evaluation will be formally employed; those who commit serious violations of laws and regulations during the probationary period or fail to pass the probationary period will be cancelled.
4. Newly hired personnel should determine their service period and sign an employment contract in accordance with relevant school policies. If there is a special service period agreement, the special service period agreement will be implemented.
