What kind of work do Huawei's overseas optical network designers mainly do, and what work abilities do they need to have?

Skill requirements:

1. English proficiency level 4 or above, fluent oral English, can be used as a working language, priority will be given to those who have worked overseas;

2. Familiar with Transmission communication principles;

3. Be familiar with Huawei SDH, NG-SDH, WDM, NG-WDM and PTN equipment, especially METRO1000, METRO3100, OSN1500, OSN2500, OSN3500, OSN7500 and other equipment;

4. More than 3 years of experience in optical network engineering; at least 2 years of experience in Huawei optical network equipment project delivery, upgrade, cutover and maintenance; priority will be given to those with optical network planning capabilities;

5. With relatively Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills;

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for customer network maintenance;

2. Transfer skills to customers ;

3. Weekly maintenance report and monthly maintenance meeting;
