The summer vacation of 2012 was when I graduated from high school. As a prospective college student, I had a vague concept of volunteer education. I had only learned about it through TV before, and I didn’t have a deep impression. In my original life, I felt that volunteer education was out of reach for me, but I couldn't play with it from a distance. My third brother suddenly said to me: "Little sister, I am going to set up a volunteer education association in Ye Village with my friends. Let's There is a shortage of girls now, do you want to join us?" I replied to my third brother without thinking, it must be done! So volunteer education broke into my real life. I no longer feel that volunteer education is just a distant view for me, but a real and simple public welfare. There are not too many reasons. If there is a reason, it is because I want to do things and do useful things. In this way, I spent my four years in college with the Baoshang Village College Student Support Teaching Association. This was a lifelong treasure that allowed me to grow up in my wonderful years.

(4) Improvement of work ability. Do more without complaining and do your best. Especially writing. When I write about something I don’t understand, I search for various books and search on the Internet. Because of my hobby in this area, I continue to read and write until now. What’s even better is that it can also improve my expression ability, thinking ability, and logical thinking. wait.

(5) Courage, self-confidence, boldness, self-reflection, and strong desire to learn. How to do this is to dare to express yourself as long as you have the opportunity to speak, without being coy, and have the courage to express your thoughts as long as you have an idea at that moment. No matter what state you are in, you must study with a "clear" attitude. Invest in yourself, promote yourself.

(6) Processing capabilities. If there are misunderstandings, they must be resolved. Don't let misunderstandings turn into conflicts. When conflicts are resolved, you will have more and more friends.

(7) Meeting. That is, everyone who can participate should participate, because every meeting will have different touches, which can improve your debating ability, improve your ability to listen attentively, run your brain at high speed, and improve your thinking ability.

(8) Unite and forge ahead. We work together and work hard to move forward, just like grasshoppers on a rope, we must make progress with each other.

In July 2012, the Baoshang Village College Students Volunteer Education Association began to appear in the public eye. At first, it was very unfamiliar to the people in the village. Some people even said, "Are these college students employed by a certain group company? The salary should be very high." "High", maybe it was something new that made the villagers suspicious of us. The rumors have not stopped yet, and one thing happened after another. The school did not provide chalk, the village committee did not sponsor, etc. After many negotiations without success, We, a group of friends, paid some money out of our own pockets. Finally, with our persistence, we received the good news that hundreds of students came to sign up. In the face of difficulties, we did not shrink back, but chose to move forward bravely.

(1) In the summer vacation of 2012, the association’s first teaching program was a time of great enthusiasm among the students. I remember when we were asked to give homework in the first class, many students raised their hands and said, “Miss, leave the more difficult ones.” Questions, more grammar questions." I was very happy after hearing this. Such a request is very powerful. It fully shows that the children are previewing and some students have a basic foundation.

A small singing competition showed the love between teachers and students and the friendship. Since I went out and didn't make it back in time, I didn't attend the competition on the day. Unfortunately, I didn't get to watch the wonderful performance of Class 21, and the first summer vacation teaching activity ended in a hurry.

(2) During the summer vacation of 2013, as the partners who worked side by side were facing graduation and employment problems, they all retired one by one. Only I stayed to shoulder the responsibilities with the new partners.

Speaking of my lack of experience for the first time, it is true that I had no clue. At that time, I had the support of my old partners and I would carry out their orders. However, teaching together with my classmates in the same grade has given me more thoughts and less reliance.

Faith is the best support, the smiles of the children are our motivation to move forward, and the trust between members is the sense of belonging in our hometown. What you give free of charge is a lifetime of wealth.

Your confidence on the podium exudes vitality, which is the vitality that young people should have. Giving lectures to children and letting them understand them is the step that motivates me to move forward. At the moment on the podium, I understood that I was a role model and a good "teacher" in the eyes of the children.

(3) In the summer vacation of 2014, we ushered in the second spring of teaching support. We are gratified to organize and host the first literary evening in the village. It was very difficult to raise funds before this event. We went everywhere to persuade people from all walks of life in the village to participate, just like fighting guerrilla warfare. We encountered obstacles everywhere, but we became more and more courageous. It took about half a month to raise the funds. Increase efforts to rehearse the program in order to live up to the trust given by sponsors.

It enriches the lives of villagers, adds a light to the village style, and improves students' initiative.

Since the first cultural evening was well received, we continued our efforts and established the first village evening in 2015. The programs became more and more colorful and the quality improved. Among them, the sketches I directed have also gained good reputation. The key point is that the actors have formed a deep relationship with me, and now they all call me "Mom". I am not afraid of trouble. As long as it is within my ability, I will do my best.

(4) During the summer vacation of 2015, I no longer participated in volunteer teaching activities, but I kept watching from the sidelines and saw foreign friends joining. Maybe the foreign friends just wanted to experience the volunteer teaching life, but for the volunteer teaching association, this It is a kind of recognition, and being recognized is motivation for members to move forward.

Innovating in development, we founded the Youth Volunteer Association, which is affiliated with the Baoshang Village College Student Support Education Association. This is to provide care and care to the five-guarantee households in the village, even if they are sweeping the floor or cooking. It's a happy thing.

(5) The Orchid Prince (boss) of the Oriental Jialan Orchid Base has invited members to visit the base many times. The Orchid Prince has also participated in many symposiums of the Supporting Teaching Association. With his help, the Supporting Teaching Association has become more and more popular. Go further and further.

(6) In the summer of 2017, most of the first batch of students I taught applied for membership. When I saw their names and heard their voices, I was excited. They were English teachers, which made me feel warm in my heart. What came to my mind at that moment was "all of this is worth it."

(7) Changes in academic style. In 2017, there were two double top scorers in the college entrance examination. They won the science top score in Dongfang City and Sanya City respectively. This was a sensation in the whole village. According to the elders in the village, this is something that has never happened since China resumed the college entrance examination system. The two of them are also members of the association now. In the future, I hope you will continue to move forward and create greater glory.

In the past, the teaching building facilities were old, the infrastructure was imperfect, and the teaching was conservative. However, these are no longer problems now. The newly built teaching buildings and office supplies are all eye-catching. Isn't this striving for progress while maintaining stability?

In 2012, the Teaching Support Association was passive and looked down upon. Now, in 2017, the Teaching Support Association is active and selective. In the past five years, the support of the Education Association has been recognized for its inheritance and dedication. These three words are inspiring, motivating and happy for all the staff. A small flame is burning. This is the rise of cultural education. The torch is passed on from generation to generation, and the flame baton is continued and innovated one term after another. The Supporting Teaching Association will continue to run in the future!
