In fact, this kind of enterprises also have labor shortage, but considering the current situation of sales pressure, despite the demand, they have to suspend recruitment, but at the expense of employees who have already worked in this enterprise? 3. While waiting for the price, the enterprise absorbs at a low price. Difficulties never suddenly fell from the sky, but developed from cracks that kept cracking. Enterprises with labor shortage did not invest in their own development, employment system and personnel system in good times. For the bosses of such enterprises, the existence of enterprises is only the existence of cash machines, while the loss and inflow of personnel are only a simple number in personnel statements. In the post-epidemic era, even in the era of facing the epidemic for a long time, a large number of people have graduated, their savings have decreased and their pressure has increased. These labor shortage enterprises consider how to obtain the best quality manpower with the lowest input. As the preface says, employees are essentially just a part of ATMs.

4. As far as the present situation is concerned, the labor shortage enterprises are a spent force. Orders are insufficient, but production demand still exists, employee benefits are cut or even disappeared, or unpaid overtime is common. However, the attributes of such enterprises determine that the added value of their products is low, the profit of buying and selling is falling all the way, and the labor cost is compressed. In the end, it can only lose its market competitiveness and the attractiveness of the labor market and close down. In fact, there are already bosses who need to go out to work to maintain the operation of the enterprise.

As far as I can see, shops with high demand for people are dying. My place is the suburb of Guangzhou. One third of the shops in the old commercial street have chosen to close, and convenience stores, fast food restaurants and hotels are the most serious cases I have ever seen. At the same time of labor shortage, the will of population movement is also decreasing, until it approaches zero and enters the state of population outflow, which is not far away.

6. The vagaries of business environment and price pressure shocked everyone. A few days ago, it occurred to me that in the recruitment software, what should I do? Japan N2? As a key word, search work (although I have never studied Japanese personally) has four job requirements, among which? Japanese quality inspection? The monthly salary is 3500~4500, similar requirements? Japanese executives? The monthly salary in Dongguan is 5000~8000. I haven't been to Dongguan, and I don't know the price in Dongguan, but in the local area, the monthly salary of 3,500 is the mainstream, but the house price has been broken for 2 weeks. What can be done to attract people to work locally for a long time?
