2. Article 11 The corresponding academic qualifications required to obtain teacher qualifications are:

Article 12 If a teacher who has been teaching in a school or other educational institution before the implementation of this Law does not have the academic qualifications specified in this Law, the administrative department of education of the State Council shall formulate measures for the transition of teacher qualifications.
