In order to meet the needs of statistical investigation in our city, we decided to openly recruit 22 staff members from institutions directly under the Bureau of Statistics. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

First, the recruitment method

Second, the recruitment position and conditions

(1) Recruitment positions: 4 staff members of local statistical investigation team in Hongta District, 4 staff members of local statistical investigation team in Jiangchuan County, 5 staff members of local statistical investigation team in Yimen County, 4 staff members of local statistical investigation team in Yuanjiang County, 2 staff members of local statistical investigation team in Eshan County and 3 staff members of local statistical investigation team in Tonghai County.

(2) Recruitment conditions

4. College degree or above recognized by the state, meeting the specified professional requirements.

Professional requirements: statistics, law, Chinese, administration, computer, finance and economics (see attached table for details).

Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes and those who have been dismissed from public office, those who have been found cheating in examinations by the competent authorities in the recruitment process of civil servants and institutions at all levels in Yunnan Province since 2005, and those who are not allowed to be employed in other circumstances according to the law are not allowed to register.

3. Registration and qualification examination.

2. All applicants must bring their ID card, the original diploma (the copy and certificate are invalid) and two recent half-inch bareheaded photos on the front and bottom. On-the-job personnel must hold the certificate of consent to apply for the exam issued by their unit.

3. Candidates who live outside the city and really can't register on the spot can register by fax. When they receive the admission ticket, they will submit the original and pay the relevant fees. The applicant will be responsible for the consequences caused by the inconsistency between the fax provided and the original. Non-Yuxi candidates must have graduated from ordinary colleges and universities and are unemployed before they can apply for the exam.

4. Opening conditions. In principle, the ratio of the number of applicants for each position to the number of planned employees should reach 3: 1 before the examination can be conducted. When the registration for individual special posts is less than 3: 1, it may be appropriately relaxed upon approval.

5. Charge related fees when registering: 70 yuan/person.

6. Candidates are requested to bring their ID cards to Yuxi talent market one week before the written test.

Four. Matters related to the examination

The contents of the written test are application and administrative professional ability orientation test. The examination scope of these two subjects refers to the 2008 Yunnan Provincial Civil Service Examination Outline.

(3) Interview

Determine the list of candidates for each position according to the order of the total written test scores of candidates for each position from high to low and the ratio of twice the number of recruitment plans. If the ratio of the number of interviewers to the number of employees in this position is less than 2: 1 due to the interviewer's voluntary abandonment of the interview, the interview will be made up according to the number of vacancies according to the order of written test scores from high to low.

(3) evaluation. The assessment work is the responsibility of Yuxi Municipal Bureau of Statistics and Yuxi Investigation Team of National Bureau of Statistics. According to the standard of having both ability and political integrity, and according to the requirements of the position to be hired, understand the political thought and moral quality of the object under investigation.

Those who fail to pass the physical examination and assessment shall be replenished according to the comprehensive scores from high to low.

Seven. Publicity and employment

(1) Determine the personnel to be hired. According to the results of physical examination and assessment, determine the personnel to be employed in each position.

(2) publicity. The personnel to be hired will be publicized on Yuxi Personnel Network. The publicity period is 7 days. After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no problem or the problem does not affect the employment, the employment procedures shall be handled; Reflect the problems affecting employment and find evidence, and will not be hired; If it is difficult to verify the problems reflected at the moment, you can suspend the employment and decide whether to hire after investigation.

(3) employment. The original employment contract signed between the candidate to be employed and the employing unit shall be terminated by the candidate himself and the original unit according to the relevant agreement. The employment procedures of the employed personnel shall be handled by the personnel department of the county (district) where the applicant is located.

Candidates to be hired must report within the specified time after receiving the employment notice. Those who fail to do it within the time limit without justifiable reasons shall be disqualified.
