Yancheng Textile Dyeing and Finishing Industrial Park, formerly Sheyang Chemical Industrial Park, was established in 2003. In 2008, it was renamed as "Yancheng Ecological Dyeing and Finishing Industry Cluster", and in March this year, Yancheng Textile Dyeing and Finishing Industrial Park was approved by the city. It is one of the characteristic industrial parks in this city. The master plan is designed by China Textile Planning and Design Institute. The short-term planned area is 1 1.36 square kilometers, and the long-term planned area is 23.3 square kilometers. It is divided into six areas: dyeing and finishing core area, high-end weaving area, science and technology research and development area, clothing home textile area, supporting service area and warehousing and logistics area. At present, a number of textile dyeing and finishing industry projects such as Shayin, Shangjia, Rida, Da Yue, Qicai and Shengze Rongze, Shengtaike and Yichang have successively settled in. The "three verticals and two horizontals" main road in the dyeing and finishing core area has opened the overall framework, and the "two verticals and three horizontals" main framework has been formed in the high-end weaving area. The Hongze Lake water system introduced by the main irrigation canal in northern Jiangsu is rich in water resources; Provincial Highway S226 runs through the whole territory, 20 kilometers away from coastal expressway; The regional environmental impact report was approved by Jiangsu Provincial Environmental Protection Department; The sewage outlet into the sea is approved by the Provincial Ocean and Fisheries Bureau. At present, various elements in the park are gradually matching. There are two heating centers, namely Hengyuan Heating Center and Shayin Thermal Power Center, two sewage treatment plants, Linhai 1 10KV substation and Shayin 35KV substation. The infrastructure such as greening, lighting and hardening is becoming more and more perfect, which provides important support for the park entry project. According to the general idea of "cultivating coastal textile bases and building East China Dyeing and Finishing Center", the industrial park will make every effort to build a high-end textile dyeing and finishing industrial park that is "the first-class in Jiangsu and the only one in North Jiangsu", and by the end of the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period, a provincial-level characteristic industrial park will be built to ensure the realization of the goal of "10 billion sales and 65.438+0 billion finance".

(1) Convenient and fast transportation.

Highway: Tongsan expressway starts from Sanya, Hainan in the south and reaches Tongli, Heilongjiang in the north, with a total length of 5,500 kilometers, passing through the area. It is 298 kilometers to Shanghai via Sutong Bridge, and the journey takes only 2.5 hours. 480KM to Qingdao; 340 kilometers to Nanjing. Linhai high-grade highway runs through our park from north to south and is under construction. It is expected to open to traffic on 20 15.

Port: 30KM away from Sheyang Port, the national second-class port; It is 298 kilometers away from Shanghai Port. During the year, three 10,000-ton wharves were built, reaching 1 10,000-ton normal capacity and 35,000-ton tidal capacity. At present, international shipping routes such as Busan, Nagasaki, Singapore and Hong Kong have been opened.

Aviation: It's only 50 minutes' drive from Yancheng International Airport. Taiwan Province, Hongkong, Guangzhou, Beijing, Kunming, Harbin and Seoul have been opened.

Railway: 65 kilometers away from Yancheng Railway Station of Xinchang Railway. Special lines have been opened in Beijing, Qingdao, Harbin, Xi, Chongqing, Chengdu, Shenyang, Taiyuan, Lanzhou, etc., with convenient cargo transportation. Yancheng-Lianyungang railway transit, Sheyang will build a passenger and freight station 20 13. Sheyang Port Railway Branch Line has been approved by Jiangsu Development and Reform Commission. In August this year, the secretary of the provincial party committee made clear the development plans of inter-city railways in the Yangtze River Delta, such as Yanlian Railway, Yanda Railway and Dafeng-Bengbu Railway. Five railway branches, namely Dafeng Port, Sheyang Port, Chenjiagang Port, Binhai Port and Gongqiong Port, have been included in the planning and construction.

The sewage outlet of textile dyeing and finishing park was approved by Jiangsu Ocean and Fisheries Bureau as early as 2004, and the regional environmental impact report was approved by Jiangsu Environmental Protection Department in 2005. At present, two sewage treatment plants, Chen Xin and Shayin, have been put into operation, with a designed treatment capacity of 654.38+10,000 tons of printing and dyeing wastewater per day.

Abundant water resources

Through the main irrigation canal and five-bank main canal in northern Jiangsu, Hongze Lake is rich in water resources, with a daily water supply of 300,000 tons. Water can be applied to industrial production with a little treatment.

Sheyang is a national plush production base, a national textile machinery production base, a textile industry base county in Jiangsu Province and a strong cotton-producing county in China. The annual processing capacity of lint is 654.38+10,000 tons, which can be used to produce 654.38+500,000 spindles. At present, there are 54 cotton spinning enterprises, 600,000 spindles, 65,438+500,000 air-spun yarns, 40 weaving enterprises, 5,450 looms and 2,000 shuttleless looms. Cotton enterprises account for 32% of Sheyang textile enterprises and 60% of Sheyang textile industry sales, mainly representing enterprises such as Shuang Shan Textile Group and Hao Min Textile Industrial Park. There are 15 plush and its products enterprises, with wool spinning of 65,438+10,000 spindles, with the production capacity of 654,380+10,000 meters of plush, mainly using acrylic fiber as the main raw material, warp knitting, plush, carpets and plush toys, mainly representing enterprises such as Zhenyang Group and Dewei Group. There are also garment enterprises 10, chemical fiber enterprises 5, silk enterprises 5 and knitting enterprises 10. At present, textile industry, silk industry, clothing industry, home textile industry and chemical fiber manufacturing industry have been formed, which can provide industrial support for various textile printing and dyeing enterprises and truly create a dragon-shaped industrial development pattern.

Sheyang County has a population of nearly one million, including more than 350,000 laborers, 70% of whom are engaged in the textile industry. There are 1 minda technical school, 2 national key vocational high schools and 10 vocational technical school in the county, which can provide a large number of technical personnel and general employees with preliminary training for this project. Average monthly employment1600-2,200 yuan.

The park actively conforms to the general trend of optimizing the development environment of county economy, and supports the construction of service projects with the greatest efforts and responsibilities in accordance with the requirements of "lowest cost, highest efficiency, best quality and best image".
