1. College graduates with household registration or students in Xinjiang;

2. Graduates from mainland universities in Xinjiang;

3. Service grassroots project personnel who have completed their service in Xinjiang and passed the examination, including: college students' volunteers for the western plan, "three supports and one support" personnel and college graduates who have been hired to work in the village;

4. Civil servants or Selected Graduates spouses who are still working in towns or villages uniformly selected by the autonomous region;

5. The spouse or child has a household registration in Xinjiang;

6. Spouses or children of aid cadres in Xinjiang;

7. Spouses or children of active servicemen stationed in Xinjiang (including armed police and public security active forces);

8 retired soldiers stationed in Xinjiang (including armed police and public security forces in active service).

All kinds of graduates from military academies must be enrolled during their service in the army.
