The development of history

Shandong Weifang Binhai Economic Development Zone began in the Tang Dynasty and experienced the Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties. They all belong to Nanpi Township, Shouguang County (now Shouguang City) and are stationed in Wutai (now Houzhen, Shouguang City).

In the second year of Xuantong in Qing Dynasty (19 10), the county was divided into 15 autonomous regions, and Nanpi Township was subordinate to Guan Hai District.

19 12 the government of the Republic of China still cracked down on it after its establishment.

1932 (2 1 year of the Republic of China), Shouguang Kuomintang government was ordered to merge 15 into 10, and Guanhai District was 9.

1942 10, Shouguang County is composed of District 9, 10th District of Shouguang County, fourth area and 5th District of wei county, and the county seat is located in Liujiachengzi Village (now Liujiachengzi Village, Dajiawa Sub-district Office of Binhai Development Zone).

1944 Shouwei County was abolished in April, and Weichang County was established in May (including some districts and villages in Changyi City).

1945 10. After the revocation of Changwei County, District 9 was reverted to Shouguang County, and the district headquarters were successively located in Yushu Garden, Qilizhuang and Liujiachengzi (now Yushu Garden, Qili and Liujiachengzi of Dajiawa Sub-district Office of Binhai Development Zone).

In July, 1948, Area 9 was renamed as Wanghai District, and its stations were in Donghei Village and Daokou Village successively; May, 1950, renamed Jiuqu and Zhudaokou Village; 1June 1953 was renamed as Daokou District.

/kloc-0. In April, 955, a fishery zone was established from Daokou District, located in Dajiawa Village (now Dajiawa Village, Dajiawa Sub-district Office of Binhai Development Zone).

1February, 958, the district was merged into the township, and Dajiawa Township was established. In September of the same year, the seaside people's commune was established.

1959, the commune was moved from Shi Qiaocun (now Dajiawa Sub-district Office, Shi Qiaocun, Binhai Development Zone) to Daokou Village and renamed Daokou People's Commune.

1April, 1984, separated from Daokou People's Commune and built Dajiawa Town (renamed Dajiawa Sub-district Office in June, 2005).

1995 On August 5th, Weifang Marine Chemical High-tech Industrial Development Zone covering an area of 283 square kilometers was established on the basis of Yangkou Salt Field, Weifang Alkali Factory and Dajiawa Town, Shouguang City.

On September 2, 2002, KLOC-0 was approved by Shandong Provincial People's Government as a provincial high-tech industrial development zone.

From June, 5438 to February, 2005, it was approved by the National Development and Reform Commission as a provincial-level development zone and named "Shandong Weifang Binhai Economic Development Zone".

natural resource

There are more than 400 square kilometers of industrial and mining land in this area that can be directly developed and utilized, and it is convenient and fast to handle land procedures. The coastline is 69 kilometers long and the shallow beach area is 6.5438+0.35 million mu. There are vast intertidal and tidal flat resources, and there are more than 500 kinds of marine life, such as fish, crab, shrimp and shellfish, which have broad prospects for mariculture and aquatic product processing.

The underground brine in the development zone is rich in reserves, including potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, bromine, iodine and other elements with high economic value. Underground brine is shallow buried and easy to develop, which has unique conditions for developing marine chemical industry. The static reserve of underground brine is 6 billion cubic meters, with an annual output of more than 8 million tons of raw salt and more than 60,000 tons of bromine, accounting for one-fifth and two-thirds of the country respectively. The annual output of soda ash is 2 million tons, chlor-alkali is 250,000 tons, calcium chloride is 500,000 tons, and the petroleum processing capacity is 4 million tons. The production capacity of soda ash, bromine and other products 1 1 ranks first in China, and it has unique advantages and conditions in developing eco-marine chemicals and advanced manufacturing industries.

infrastructure

Adhere to the road of new industrialization, strive to build an advanced manufacturing base, explore and form a circular economy development model of "one water and five uses", and be identified as a national eco-industrial demonstration park and a circular economy demonstration zone in Shandong Province. There are more than 500 enterprises in the area, with more than 300 main products, and there are 24 enterprises above designated size/kloc-0, including 84 enterprises that have paid taxes over one million and 2 enterprises that have paid taxes over ten million/kloc-0, initially forming industries such as salt chemical industry, bromine chemical industry, fine chemical industry, pharmaceutical chemical industry, petrochemical industry, etc., with machinery manufacturing, light industry, textile and logistics as the main bodies. It has three national and seven provincial scientific research institutions, including public service platform for small and medium-sized enterprises, productivity promotion center and postdoctoral workstation, and 50 private scientific and technological enterprises, including 14 high-tech enterprises above the provincial level, which have been identified as the national innovation base for rejuvenating trade through science and technology by the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Science and Technology.

industrial base

Relying on rich resources and scientific and technological advantages, Binhai Economic Development Zone has initially established an industrial framework with marine chemicals as the main body, built marine chemicals and related industries led by Shandong Haihua Group, and formed an industrial chain with bittern chemicals, soda ash series, bromine series, pesticide chemicals, fine chemicals and petrochemical series as the main products, with upstream and downstream products supporting development. There are more than 400 enterprises in the zone, and the output and market share of chemical products 150 and 10 marine chemical products rank first in China. The production capacity of soda ash and calcium chloride, the leading products, ranks first in the world, the production capacity of crude salt and sodium silicate ranks second in Asia, and the production capacity of bromine, bromide and baking soda ranks eighth in China. Binhai Economic Development Zone has become a hot spot of investment at home and abroad because of its relaxed investment environment and good development prospects. Fortune 500 companies, Itochu Corporation of Japan, Dead Sea Bromide Group of Israel, Toyo Chemical Company of Korea, etc. have settled in.

development prospect

During the Eleventh Five-Year Plan period, the state accelerated the implementation of the regional development strategy around Bohai Sea. Weifang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government timely put forward the strategy of scientifically developing industrial economy, accelerating the development of northern coastal areas and building a modern manufacturing base, which accelerated the development of northern coastal areas led by Binhai Economic Development Zone. The Shandong Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government have included the northern coastal development of Weifang in the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" of the province, and included it in the overall strategic layout of building a manufacturing base on the peninsula and the development of northern Shandong, providing a rare historical opportunity for the development of the development zone.

Weifang Binhai Economic Development Zone, as a pioneer and an important force in Weifang coastal economic development and construction, has received key support in terms of policies, funds and infrastructure construction, which has added a strong impetus to its rapid development. Binhai Economic Development Zone will further improve the comprehensive supporting conditions of industries, build an advanced scientific and technological innovation incubation system, give full play to the advantages of resources and technology, highlight industrial characteristics and main direction, and devote itself to developing circular economy in accordance with the overall deployment of the country, province and city and the deployment requirements of the northern coastal development of the municipal party committee and municipal government. Strive to build the development zone into a domestic first-class chemical production, research and development base, export base and national eco-industrial demonstration zone.
