Xinyang Yangshan Park was built in 1969.

The park is located at the southwest corner of Xin 1 1 Avenue and Xin 24th Street in Yangshan New District, with a total area of 4 18.39 mu. It is one of the 30 key projects in the central city, with 10 functional areas and 24 scenic spots, including characteristic theme plant areas and core ecological protection areas.

Yangshan New District is located in Xinyang City, Henan Province, northeast of the old city of Xinyang City, and is closely connected with the old city. It is a new political, economic, cultural and educational center in Xinyang.
