Notice on publishing the minimum wage standard of enterprises in Huai 'an City
County (District) people's governments and relevant units:
According to the spirit of the Interim Provisions on the Minimum Wage of Enterprises in Jiangsu Province (Decree No.56 of the provincial government) and the Notice of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security on Adjusting the Minimum Wage Standard in Jiangsu Province (Su Ren She Fa [2014] No.319), in order to implement the central, provincial and municipal decision-making arrangements on safeguarding and improving people's livelihood, low-income workers will be effectively improved.
First, the monthly minimum wage standard
Municipalities directly under the Central Government, Qinghe District, Qingpu District and Development Zone: the wage standard of Class II areas shall be implemented, that is, from 1.28 yuan to 1.46 yuan;
Counties (districts) (Huai 'an District, Huaiyin District, Lianshui County, Hongze County, Xuyi County and Jinhu County): Three types of regional wage standards shall be implemented, that is, the original 1 100 yuan shall be adjusted to 1270 yuan.
Second, the minimum wage standard for part-time working hours
Municipalities directly under the Central Government, Qinghe District, Qingpu District and Development Zone: from the original 1 1 yuan to 12.5 yuan;
Counties (districts) (Huai 'an District, Huaiyin District, Lianshui County, Hongze County, Xuyi County and Jinhu County): adjusted from 9.5 yuan to 1 1 yuan.
The internship remuneration paid by the enterprise to the internship students and the labor remuneration of the work-study students shall be paid by the hour, and shall not be lower than the local minimum wage standard for part-time employment hours.
Three, the minimum wage standard does not include the following contents
Overtime pay;
(2) allowances under special working environments and conditions such as middle shift, night shift, high temperature, low temperature, underground, toxic and harmful;
(3) Employees' welfare as stipulated by laws, regulations and the state, etc.
After deducting the above items and individuals to pay the housing provident fund according to the lower limit, the monthly salary paid by the employer to the workers shall not be lower than the minimum wage.
