Microsoft's institutional setup and functions in China are also improving day by day. On July 28th, 20 14, Microsoft China confirmed to the Beijing News reporter that the State Administration for Industry and Commerce had made an anti-monopoly inquiry about Microsoft. Microsoft issued a statement saying that it will cooperate with government departments to investigate and answer relevant questions.
