The second is the selection of color paste. Generally, inorganic iron-based color paste should be selected as much as possible, and bright organic color paste should be used as little as possible.

1. Because there are few bright colors in marble, there is no need to use bright organic color paste;

2. Organic color pastes often have high oil absorption of the toner itself, and require more surfactants when grinding, which will affect the stability of colorful continuous phase particles;

3. Inorganic color paste has better weather resistance, which is beneficial to prolong the service life of colorful paint.

In addition, the total amount of color paste should be controlled when the continuous phase particles are mixed. Generally, the total amount of color paste should not exceed 8% of the base paint, and it is better not to exceed 5%. If it is really dark color and the color paste needs to be added more, after the color is adjusted, some emulsion can be washed in to dilute the solid content of the mixed base paint, and then the color is fine-tuned and the viscosity is adjusted to obtain the ideal effect. Of course, it is best to control the titanium of the color mixing base material.

finally, try to control the number of colors of continuous phase particles. Generally, 5-7 are the best. Too few particles often have no hierarchical effect of marble, and too many particles increase the workload and increase the difficulty of color reproduction in the second replenishment.
