Qualifications

In addition to meeting the qualifications required by the "Civil Service Recruitment Regulations", the following conditions should also be met:

1. Good political quality and loyalty to Party, patriotism, dedication, serving the people, interested in working in party and government organs, and obeying organizational distribution.

2. Full-time fresh graduates in 2023. Previous graduates of the selected colleges and universities who participated in the Youth League Central Service Plan for Underdeveloped Areas in the West in the year of graduation and are still serving at the time of registration can apply as fresh graduates in 2023.

3. As of November 14, 2022, be 18 years old or older. Among them, undergraduate students should not be more than 25 years old (born after November 14, 1996), and master's degree students should not be more than 28 years old (1993 (born after November 14, 1991), and doctoral candidates shall not be more than 30 years old (born after November 14, 1991). For those with experience in joining the military, the application age can be relaxed by 2 years.

4. Meet one of the following conditions: Party member of the Communist Party of China (including probationary member of the Communist Party of China); serve as a class committee member, party (league) branch member, department-level member during the period of study in the selected college Middle-level deputy positions in the student union (graduate student union, youth league committee), deputy positions in department-level societies or above, and have served for more than one academic year; while studying in the selected university, they will receive comprehensive recognition awards at or above the school level such as "three good students" and "outstanding graduates". Candidates applying for selected positions in directional and in-demand majors in 28 counties are not required to meet this qualification.

5. Excellent academic performance, in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education’s academic system, and able to obtain graduation certificates and degree certificates as scheduled (before July 31, 2023). Postgraduate students who apply for targeted majors in short supply and doctoral candidates who apply for regular selection can relax the period for obtaining academic degrees after review and approval, but no later than December 31, 2023 (subject to the time when the academic degree certificate is signed).

6. Meet other qualifications required by the selecting unit.

Students who have received criminal penalties or various sanctions due to violations of laws and disciplines, or who are prohibited from being employed as civil servants under the Civil Service Law and other relevant laws, regulations, and policies are not allowed to apply.
