Ph.D. graduates from universities outside China who have studied abroad for at least 1 year and have the nature of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools and joint training; The cumulative time spent studying abroad is not less than 180 days *, among which, doctors who graduated from overseas high-level universities (top 500) can directly apply to settle in Shanghai without paying social security and individual tax.

Bachelor's degree from domestic first-class universities+overseas master's degree, bachelor's degree from domestic non-first-class universities+overseas high-level university master+overseas master's degree. Bachelor degree from overseas high-level universities. Master degree or above in China+1 year to study in overseas universities and scientific research institutions or to be a visiting scholar.
