3. Full-time undergraduate graduates of ordinary colleges and universities under the age of 30 as of September 20 13 who have obtained the teacher qualification and have more than half a year's practical experience in education and teaching, and full-time teachers' college graduates majoring in minority language teaching (limited to applying for the "provincial plan" minority language teaching post).

4. Volunteers who have participated in rural projects such as the "Three Supports and One Support Plan" and have teaching experience and graduates from normal universities who have participated in internship and teaching for more than half a year are given priority under the same conditions.

5. Among the fresh graduates of Yanbian University, Beihua University and Jilin Normal University, candidates who have obtained the qualification of the national "Master of Education Training Program for Rural Schools".

Education. Applicants for junior high school teacher positions should have a full-time undergraduate degree or above (including similar fresh graduates, the same below); Those who apply for the post of primary school teacher should have graduated from full-time teachers' college (including five-year primary education college at the starting point of junior high school) and above; To apply for the "provincial plan" position of minority language teaching, the academic qualifications can be relaxed to the full-time graduates of previous normal universities with corresponding majors. Under the same conditions, bachelor degree or above is preferred.
