1. Each appraisee must hand over his/her personnel (student status) file to Tantang Education Bureau before September 5 17: 00 (please find out the location of his/her file quickly, and the appraisee who needs to hand over the file must get the file transfer letter from the Personnel Unit on the second floor of Tantang Education Bureau as soon as possible). Personal files must be loaded in the personnel agency contract before the files are handed over to our bureau. If the personnel agency contract is made up after the files are handed over to our bureau, our bureau will not recognize it. Before filing, you must confirm whether my "Teacher Qualification Application Form" is in the file. If not, you must find the document and hand it over to our bureau. As it takes a certain period of time for the files to be transferred to our bureau in time, please come to our bureau as soon as possible to receive the file transfer letter and handle the file transfer formalities in time.

2. The appraisee shall submit the following two materials to the Personnel Unit of Qintang Education Bureau before the evening of September 8th 17: 00:

1. Each appraisee shall submit an appraisal material on political and ideological performance, professional ability and work performance. (Attached sample, about 1000 words, A4 paper, signature required);

2. The appraisee shall submit the original and photocopy of the materials listed in the 20 17 Tantang Primary and Secondary School Teachers' Supplementary Open Recruitment Qualification Review Form (see annex).

Three, to give up the assessment qualification, you need to submit a "waiver" (see annex), and the signature should be signed and stamped with the fingerprint.
