What information does Fujian first-class construction engineer need for on-site audit?

New candidates of Grade I Construction Engineer must bring the following application materials to the registration place for on-site review and confirmation from August 8, 20 16 to June 2, 20 16:

(1) application form (one copy with official seal of the company);

(2) Copy of academic certificate (one copy, stamped with the official seal of the unit, and the original needs inspection); If the academic credentials provided cannot prove the working years corresponding to the application conditions and the working years engaged in construction management, other supporting materials are required, such as previous academic credentials (except high school and junior high school), social security, professional title certificates, post certificates, etc.

(3) A copy of the front and back of my ID card, and a copy of mainland travel permit for taiwan residents submitted by Taiwan Province residents, which should include the printed page of the issuing authority (copy 1 copy, stamped with the official seal of the unit);

(4) Performance Certificate (copy 1 copy, stamped with the official seal of the unit, and the Performance Certificate must reflect the years of working in construction management of construction projects as stipulated in the corresponding registration conditions);

(5) To apply for exemption from two subjects, a copy of the qualification certificate of the first-level project manager of a construction enterprise (copy 1 copy, stamped with the official seal of the unit, and the original should be inspected) should be submitted, and the corresponding materials should be submitted according to the exemption conditions:

(1) those who meet the exemption conditions of some subjects need to provide a copy of the professional and technical post qualification certificate (copy 1 copy, stamped with the official seal of the unit, and the original should be checked) (2)1;

(2) The "Performance Certificate" submitted according to Item (2) 2 of the exemption conditions for some subjects must reflect the 20-year working experience in the construction management of construction projects (copy 1 copy, stamped with the official seal of the unit);

(6) To apply for the corresponding major (additional major) examination of the first-class constructor, provide a copy of the People's Republic of China (PRC) National First-class Constructor's Qualification Certificate, including the certificate number page (7 serial numbers) and the personal information page (copy 1 copy, stamped with the official seal of the unit, and fulfilled the original);

(7) The applicant must be a company with independent legal personality. If the applicant is a branch with independent legal personality, a copy of the business license of the branch must be submitted (one copy); If the applicant's unit is a branch company without independent legal personality, it must be registered with the head office (if the head office is registered in other provinces, it must submit a copy of the business license of the branch company registered in Fujian Province).

The above application materials are required to be printed or copied on A4 paper and stamped with the official seal of the unit.

Whoever provides false materials, once disqualified, will be dealt with in accordance with the "Regulations on Handling Violations of Discipline in Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Examination", and will be informed criticism, recorded in personal credit files and included in the key review list of qualification examination. Informed criticism was given to the candidate's unit, and his bad behavior was recorded in the comprehensive credit evaluation system of construction enterprises according to the Interim Measures for Comprehensive Credit Evaluation of Construction Enterprises in Fujian Province.

2. Candidates who passed some public * * * subject exams last year, but failed in practical subject exams, if they want to change their major this year, can adjust their scores in public * * * subjects on the premise that the registration level remains unchanged and their scores are valid, but they need to participate in on-site audit according to the requirements of new candidates and resubmit relevant application materials.
