Taixing Talent Science and Technology Plaza was selected as the national small and micro enterprise entrepreneurship innovation demonstration base.

The National Demonstration Base for Small and Micro Enterprises' Entrepreneurship and Innovation is a demonstration base for small and micro enterprises' entrepreneurship and innovation announced by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. It is a carrier and place built or operated by legal entities, which gathers all kinds of entrepreneurial innovation service resources and provides effective service support for small and micro enterprises. The demonstration base has the characteristics of perfect infrastructure, standardized operation and management, clear business model, complete innovation chain, coordinated industrial chain, complete service functions, outstanding service performance, high social credibility and strong demonstration-driven effect.

Taixing Talent Science and Technology Plaza, founded on 20 15, is the development platform of "new industry, new economy and new model" which is the key construction of the municipal party committee and municipal government. Talent Science and Technology Plaza adopts the operation mechanism of "government guidance, market operation" and the operation mode of "administrative management, enterprise operation", and strives to cultivate the independent innovation ability of small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises, promote the growth of scientific and technological enterprises, and strive to create a complete innovation and entrepreneurship service chain, providing and creating a good entrepreneurial environment for the growth of incubating enterprises, improving the level of science and technology, improving production efficiency, and providing new development opportunities and space for innovation and entrepreneurship. Starting from the pillar industries of Taixing High-tech Zone, such as energy-saving and environmental protection equipment and environmental protection services, the Plaza uses the self-built roadshow center, intellectual property trading center and sci-tech novelty retrieval center to continuously cultivate industrial economic growth points and provide all-round and professional services for enterprises in the park. By the end of 20 19, the base had successfully cultivated 262 enterprises and 77 new enterprises, including 8 enterprises above designated size and 6 high-tech enterprises.
