The Development Course of Xifei Group Company

Since the establishment of 1958, especially since the reform and opening up, Xifei Group has always adhered to the research and production of dual-use aircraft, pursued development through scientific and technological progress, and vigorously developed non-aviation products. Xifei Group Company has developed and produced more than 20 types of military and civil aircraft in the past 40 years. Military aircraft mainly include "Flying Leopard of China" and Bomb Six series aircraft. Among them, 30 planes of 5 models participated in the military parade of the 50th anniversary of the National Day. Civil aircraft mainly include Yun Qi series aircraft and Xinzhou 60 aircraft. Among them, Xinzhou-60 aircraft is the first aircraft designed, produced and tested in strict accordance with CCAR-25 in China, which is in line with international standards. In terms of safety, reliability, comfort, economy and maintainability, it has reached or approached the level of similar advanced regional aircraft in the contemporary world. The foreign aviation components produced by Xifei Group mainly include American Boeing 737-700 vertical tail and 747 assembly, door and wing box of Air France passenger plane, CL4 15 assembly of Air Canada, ATR72 aircraft of Alitalia 16 section, etc. Non-aviation civilian products mainly include "Xiwo" luxury passenger cars, "Xifei" aluminum profiles, metal hanging plates, aluminum doors and windows series products, VCM plastic-coated plates, variable frequency fuzzy controllers, compact shelves, anti-static floors and so on.

Xifei Group has formed a parent-subsidiary system with assets as the link. Among them, Xi 'an Aircraft International Aviation Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (Xifei International) is a listed company, Xi 'an Xiwo Bus Co., Ltd. is a Sino-foreign joint venture, Xi 'an Aircraft Industrial Aluminum Co., Ltd. (Xifei Aluminum), Xi 'an Aircraft Industrial Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. (Xifei Decoration) and Shaanxi Xiqing Electronics Co., Ltd. are holding subsidiaries, and there are 30 wholly-owned or shareholding subsidiaries, branches and joint-stock cooperative enterprises.
