How to help farmers interpret the policy of benefiting farmers

With the development of study and practice activities, Xiangtan county regards solving the problem of employment and entrepreneurship of returning migrant workers as a major event to ensure growth, people's livelihood and stability, and organizes party organizations at all levels in the county and party member cadres to carry out the action of "10,000 party member to help returning migrant workers" to help them solve difficulties and problems in production and life. Up to now, the county has helped returning migrant workers to find jobs and transfer more than 20,000 jobs nearby, and helped nearly 400 entrepreneurs.

Send policies and build confidence. Organize the staff of 22 township labor security stations in the county, the secretary of the township youth league committee, the cadres of the two committees of branch villages, and the university student village officials to set up a propaganda team to help returning migrant workers, and go deep into 756 villages in the county to exchange ideas and exchange information by means of home visits and visits, so as to interpret a series of policies issued by the central government to deal with the financial crisis, stabilize the employment of migrant workers and benefit farmers for returning migrant workers. At the same time, organize career education, guide returning migrant workers to correctly understand the current economic situation and employment situation, help them build confidence in overcoming difficulties and actively participate in market employment. In addition, the county has also set up a forum of "Young Returnees Talk to Everyone" in the county net, county newspaper and county station, which provides policy guidance for the vast number of returning migrant workers to start their own businesses, helps them answer questions, regularly publishes practical information on entrepreneurship and employment, and enjoys the successful experience of entrepreneurship. After the opening of the forum, the returning migrant workers in the county further enhanced their confidence in entrepreneurship and employment during the big discussion.

Strengthen quality and promote employment. Establish a "county-township-village" three-level registration management system for returning migrant workers, fully understand the number, structure, employment and entrepreneurial willingness of returning migrant workers through centralized registration and home visits to villages, establish an information base of employment and entrepreneurial needs of returning migrant workers, and update and improve it in time before 10 every month. At present, more than 40,000 people have registered. On the basis of comprehensive analysis of the basic situation of returning migrant workers, targeted training courses are set up. Relying on labor, vocational schools, agricultural education offices and other training departments and institutions, we held 16 professional employment skills training in automobile beauty, electric welding and machinery manufacturing for more than 200 returning migrant workers, organized entrepreneurial knowledge training for more than 200 returning young people, and distributed more than 2,000 copies of the self-made training textbook "Entrepreneurship Knowledge Reader for Returning Young People" for free. Two sessions of free SYB entrepreneurship knowledge training were given to more than 0/00 returning youths with entrepreneurial intention in/KLOC, and one session of rural practical technology ecological chicken raising knowledge training was given to more than 60 returning youths. Twenty-four outstanding returning young migrant workers were sent to Xiangtan Radio and TV University to study, focusing on cultivating the comprehensive ability of returning migrant workers to "grow two skills, raise three skills and set up factories through industry". In order to effectively solve the employment problem of returning migrant workers, party member actively collects employment information and publishes it in time through special websites, county TV stations and county newspapers to help returning migrant workers find jobs. Since the beginning of this year, the county has held 29 special job fairs, providing nearly 10,000 jobs and directly driving more than 7,000 returning youths to find jobs.
