Introduction: Shandong Swan Cotton Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 1946, and was restructured into Shandong Swan Cotton Machinery Co., Ltd. in 2002. It is a foreign-funded enterprise controlled by Shandong Supply and Marketing Cooperative.

The company started from the production of simple cotton processing machinery parts and developed into a modern joint-stock high-tech enterprise integrating science, industry and trade, mainly producing complete sets of cotton processing equipment.
