1. Number of Selection
In 2012, the province selected and hired 6,218 university student village officials. Among them, 555 were from Shijiazhuang City, 320 from Chengde City, 459 from Zhangjiakou City, 292 from Qinhuangdao City, 667 from Tangshan City, 419 from Langfang City, 798 from Baoding City, 712 from Cangzhou City, 659 from Hengshui City, and 657 from Xingtai City. 2. Selection targets
The selection targets are fresh college graduates in 2012. 3. Selection conditions

IV. Selection procedures
1. Online registration
All types of candidates who meet the application requirements must register online (log in to the Hebei Provincial Personnel Examination Network, Follow the prompts to perform relevant operations) and register in two times.
(1) March 8th to March 16th, consistent with the registration time for selected students in 2012. Candidates who apply for the selected transfer position and meet the conditions for the post of college student village official can apply for one post of college student village official in a district or city at the same time.
For those who apply for both transfer students and college student village officials, there is no additional registration fee. No pre-exam training classes of any kind will be held, and no review materials will be distributed.
(2) From June 20th to June 28th, fresh graduates with a master’s degree or above and undergraduate graduates from “211 Project” colleges should log in to the Hebei Personnel Examination Network to register, download and fill in the "Hebei Province 2012 Selection and Recruitment" "Registration Form for College Student Village Officials", do not participate in the unified written examination and directly enter the qualification review process of each city. 2. Written test
Written test time: April 8. It coincides with the exam time for selected students.
Written examination content: The content of the written examination is consistent with the examination content for selected students, namely "Administrative Vocational Ability Test" and "Application Essay", with a full score of 100 points each. College student village officials, "Three Support and One Support" personnel and volunteers from the western region who have been selected in advance by the city and county will have 5 points added to their written test scores.

3. Qualification review (July 1st - July 30th)
Fresh graduate students with a master's degree or above and undergraduate graduates from "211 Project" colleges should bring "Hebei Province 2012 Selection Please submit the registration form (stamped with seal) and other relevant supporting materials for hiring college student village officials, and go to the city where you apply for qualification review. On this basis, the remaining places will be determined in a 1:1 ratio and based on the written test scores, from high scores to low scores, to determine other candidates to enter the scope of reviewers. Under the same conditions, priority will be given to graduates of agriculture-related majors who are urgently needed in rural areas, to graduates who have returned to their native counties to serve, and to graduates who have served as student cadres.
During the qualification review, candidates need to provide proof of party membership of the Chinese Communist Party, original and photocopies of ID card, graduation certificate, degree certificate, and 3 recent 1-inch bareheaded photos; "Three Support and One Support" personnel , Western volunteers must provide the original and copy of the service certificate; the college student village officials selected in advance by the city and county must provide certification materials from the county-level organizational department. If there are candidates who fail the examination, they will be replaced in order from the highest score to the lowest score in the written examination.
The review work in various places will be completed before the end of July. Candidates whose files cannot be delivered temporarily can enter the physical examination process first.
Fresh graduates who are applying for the post of village official for college students and their contact information changes after leaving school should promptly contact the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee of the city where they applied and provide new contact information.
Qualification review runs through the entire selection process. If a candidate is found to be unqualified at any stage, his or her qualifications will be canceled at any time.
4. Physical examination (August 1st - August 3rd)
The physical examination shall be based on the "Revision of the General Physical Examination Standards for Civil Servant Recruitment" by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Health. 5. Public announcement (August 5-August 11)
The organization departments of each municipal party committee shall publicize the candidates to be selected through newspapers, the Internet and other media in appropriate ways. The publicity period is 7 days.
6. Decision on employment (August 15th - August 31st)
The organization department of each municipal party committee determines the personnel to be hired based on the public announcement and assigns them to counties (cities, districts). The Organization Department of the county (city, district) committee will study and determine the village and position where they will serve. University student village officials cannot be assigned to urban communities, but must be prioritized to assist villages in the 2012 provincial year of strengthening grassroots construction to ensure that the 5,000 assisted villages achieve "one college student village official per village." The list of employed personnel, villages and positions, etc. shall be reported to the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee for record by each city.
7. Pre-job training (before September 15)
The Organization Department of each municipal party committee will conduct pre-job training for the selected college student village officials, which will last no less than 3 days.
5. Direction of appointment
The selected college student village officials who are official party members of the Communist Party of China are generally arranged to serve as deputy secretary of the village party organization or assistant secretary of the village party organization; *** Party members are generally arranged to serve as assistant to the director of the village committee. 6. Benefits and Security Policies

6. 7. After being formally employed by party and government agencies or enterprises and institutions, the time spent working in the village can be calculated into the calculation of seniority and social insurance payment years.
8. Those who work in rural areas in difficult and remote areas can keep their household registration in their current place of household registration and receive allowances for difficult and remote areas.
7. Management and Service
1. College student village officials are "special positions in village-level organizations" and are not civil servants. Work management and assessment are carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations of civil servants. The township party committee and government are responsible; personnel files are managed by the county-level organization department or the talent service agency affiliated to the county-level personnel department is free of charge, and the party and league relations are transferred to the village. During the work period, the human resources department of the county-level organization signed an employment contract with the college student village officials, and the contract clearly stated the provisions that each party must abide by.
2. The working period of college student village officials in the village is 3 years. An assessment is conducted annually. The assessment results are reported to the Organization Department of the county (city, district) committee for record, and serve as an important basis for renewal of employment, rewards and punishments, selection of cadres, recruitment of civil servants, recruitment of staff of public institutions, application for postgraduate examinations, selection of transferred students, and reimbursement of student loans. If the employee is found to be incompetent during the current year's assessment, the employment contract will be terminated. 3. The township party committee and government are responsible for arranging the accommodation and daily life of college student village officials, creating conditions and providing convenience for them to carry out their work. College student village officials can arrange to live in the village-level organization activity venue.
4. During the employment period, college student village officials must work in the village. They must take assessments and join the party in the village where they serve. They must not change the village where they serve during the appointment period.
