(1) Conditions for Tianjin to apply for various subjects (level: 3 subjects)

Anyone who abides by the law, has a technical secondary school degree or above in engineering or engineering economics, and has been engaged in the construction management of construction projects for 2 years can apply. Those who meet the above conditions will take ***3 subjects. Please choose "Exam 3" for the registration level.

(2) Some subjects in Tianjin are exempt from examination (the levels are: 2 subjects and 1 subject respectively).

1, test 2 subjects (exemption 1 subject) conditions. Those who have obtained the second-level project manager qualification and above certificates, meet the examination conditions in the above (1), and meet one of the following conditions, are exempt from the subject of Construction Management of Construction Projects. Those who meet the above conditions will take ***2 subjects. Please choose "Test 2" for the registration level.

(1) with intermediate or above professional titles, engaged in construction management of construction projects 15 years.

(2) Have a college degree or above in engineering or engineering economics, and have been engaged in the construction management of construction projects for 15 years.

2, test 1 subject (free of 2 subjects) conditions. Those who meet the examination conditions in the above (1) and meet one of the following conditions are exempted from the two subjects of Construction Management and Regulations and Construction Engineering Related Knowledge. Those who meet the above conditions only need to apply for the subject of professional engineering management and practice 1. Please select "1 subject" as the application level.

Those who have obtained the qualification of professional second-class constructor can choose professional engineering management and practical subjects for another examination according to the actual needs of their work. After passing the examination, the corresponding vocational qualification certificate will be issued as the basis for adding professional categories when registering.
