1. The employer should apply for the Alien Employment Permit Certificate for foreigners before they plan to come to China for employment and entry;
2. The employer who is allowed to employ the foreigner shall present the Employment Permit Certificate for Foreigners issued by the administrative department of labor and social security;
3. Foreigners who are allowed to come to China for employment should apply for a professional visa at China's embassies and consulates abroad on the strength of the license issued by the labor department, the letters and telegrams from the authorized units and their valid passports or certificates that can replace passports;
4. The employing unit shall, within 15 days after the entry of a foreigner who has obtained a professional visa, go to the Labor and Social Security Bureau with the relevant materials to handle the Alien Employment Certificate for the foreigner.
5. Foreigners who have obtained employment certificates should apply to the public security department for residence permits within 3 days after their entry.

Resume of the foreigner to be hired (including the last study experience), academic certificate and qualification certificate for the job to be hired (Note: the resume contains personal final academic qualifications and complete experience, which must be printed in Chinese and confirmed and stamped by the employer; If the work resume and academic certificate are in foreign languages, Chinese translation should be provided at the same time, which should be confirmed and sealed by the employer. The qualification certificate refers to the relevant qualification or technical skill certificate issued by the relevant institution. If it is in a foreign language, a Chinese translation shall be provided at the same time and confirmed and stamped by the employer);
6. Original and photocopy of the foreigner's health certificate to be employed;
7. Fill in a complete Registration Form for Employment of Foreigners in duplicate;
8. Two two-inch bareheaded recent photos of foreigners to be hired;
