First, the recruitment conditions

Recruitment work is carried out in strict accordance with the principle of "openness, equality, competition and merit-based", which is divided into registration and qualification examination, written examination, interview, physical examination, inspection, publicity and employment procedures.
(1) Registration and qualification examination
1. Registration method: On-site registration method is adopted.

4. Registration requirements: when registering, you must bring the original and photocopy of your valid ID card, academic degree and degree certificate, professional title certificate and other materials, and two recent bareheaded 1 inch color photos. The ratio of the number of people in the recruitment plan to the number of applicants shall not be less than 1:3 (inclusive). If the proportion is not reached, the recruitment plan will be adjusted according to the number of applicants. There is no registration fee and examination fee.
The registration information, certificates and materials provided by the applicants must be true and effective, and the registration must be consistent with the ID card used during the examination. At the same time, the applicant agrees to a letter of personal integrity to ensure the authenticity of the registration information. If there is fraud, cancel the examination and admission qualification.
Qualification examination includes the preliminary qualification examination at the time of registration, the second examination at the time of inspection and the final qualification examination at the time of handling relevant formalities. In the process of any qualification examination, if the applicant is found to be unqualified or fraudulent, the applicant will be disqualified or refused employment, and all the losses caused by it will be borne by the applicant himself.
Those who have passed the preliminary qualification examination will receive the admission ticket with their ID cards at 8: 30am-12: 00pm and 2: 30pm-17: 00pm on February 7. Those who fail to receive the admission ticket within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up their reference qualification automatically.
(2) written examination
1. written test time: the written test time is tentatively set at 8:30 am on February 18, and the test time is 150 minutes. The specific examination time and place shall be subject to the admission ticket.
2. Written test content: only the comprehensive test paper consisting of public basic knowledge and professional knowledge required for the post is tested, with a full score of 100.
3. Publication and inquiry of written test results: After marking, written test results will be published on the official website of Furong District Government-Window of Furong for 3 days, and candidates' results will be available for inquiry.
(3) Interview
The interview is structured, with a total score of 100. The interview time is tentatively scheduled for February 25, and the location will be announced separately.
Interviewers are determined according to the ratio of 1︰2 from high to low in written test scores. The shortlist for the interview was published on the window of official website-Furong of Furong District Government for 3 days, and was supervised by all sectors of society.
(4) Physical examination
After the interview, according to the proportion of written test scores accounting for 50% and interview scores accounting for 50%, the comprehensive test scores are arranged in turn (rounded to the nearest two decimal places), and the shortlisted candidates are determined according to the proportion of 1: 1 in the recruitment plan. The shortlisted candidates for medical examination were published on the official website of Furong District Government-Window of Furong. Those who give up the medical examination or fail to pass the medical examination will be replenished according to the comprehensive score from high score to low score. Replenishment is only done once. Those with the same comprehensive test scores will be sorted from high to low according to the written test scores.
The physical examination standard shall be implemented according to the current General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [20 10] 19), and the medical examination expenses shall be borne by itself. (5) Investigation
Those who pass the physical examination are the subjects of investigation. The inspection work was carried out in accordance with relevant regulations, mainly focusing on his political ideology, moral quality, professional ability and work performance. , and review the qualifications of candidates.
Those who fail the examination will be replenished according to the comprehensive scores from high to low, and those with the same comprehensive scores will be subject to the written test scores, and they will be determined as the objects of investigation after passing the physical examination. Replenishment is only done once.
(6) Publicity
Qualified personnel will be employed. The list of candidates to be hired will be publicized for 7 working days, soliciting opinions from candidates and accepting supervision from all walks of life. After publicity, relevant procedures shall be handled without objection.
Three. Employment treatment and management
1. The personnel employed as social workers are mainly engaged in labor and social security, minimum living security, housing security, etc.
The employer will have a probation period of 3 months. Upon the expiration of the probation period, the employer shall go through the formal employment procedures, implement contract management, sign a labor contract with the employer for a period of 1 to 3 years, and enjoy the same salary and welfare benefits for similar employees in Furong District.
