I think I have two advantages in writing this essay. Many top 500 central enterprises, state-owned enterprises, foreign enterprises and private enterprises have entered the written interview, and the first batch of OFFER in Beijing have been issued. I believe there are still many students struggling with group interview (a joke without leading a group interview) and one-sided interview. The following is my little idea, cheering for the struggling students and providing some useful information for the younger brothers and sisters who are looking for jobs next year. Here is a brief introduction to the basic process of campus recruitment in various enterprises. Online application and written examination usually start from this step, but according to my observation, many enterprises are gradually skeptical about written examination, because the existing general professional ability test, that is, the administrative ability test similar to the civil service examination, can be rushed out in a short time. In other words, simply relying on the written test to brush people may invisibly brush away those potential talents who are very suitable for enterprises but have not signed up for classes or done projects. Therefore, as long as you can pass the online application of large enterprises and have a written test opportunity, as long as the answer is not particularly bad (usually the school is good and the major is good, you can directly advance, and the written test is actually formalism). Some enterprises, such as Hisense, which I am about to sign a contract with, don't have a written test. Instead, it is an online assessment of psychological quality of behavioral ability (personally, the assessment of psychological quality and behavioral ability can judge the quality of this person more effectively than the written test, and the most basic thing is whether it is honest or not). To sum up, if your RP is normal, your school is not bad (top 500, large central enterprises, state-owned enterprises and powerful private enterprises favor students from 21/kloc-0,985 engineering colleges. If you are from Beijing, you will definitely be able to enter the interview.
If you are asked to be HR, how should you face the sea? I think the best way is to meet in groups. HR is also a human being, and campus recruitment also requires workload and working hours. No one wants to work overtime for your so-called Excellence (because there is really no shortage of talents in China), so there is no time to look at them one by one. Therefore, the best way is to get together in groups. In professional language, an interview without a leading group can better show the interviewer's leadership and communication skills. In foreign words, it is an important link in the assessment center. But I want to say that for the top 500 cattle enterprises, state-owned enterprises with deep pockets, and state-owned enterprises, for a newly graduated undergraduate, master or doctor, a good opportunity is better personal luck. Under the current system and environment, none of the top 500 central enterprises, state-owned enterprises and foreign enterprises with super national treatment really went bankrupt. In the seller's market, as a candidate, you can't think too highly of yourself, thinking that your talents can be seen everywhere without paying attention to the selection method of the enterprise, and that attending the interview is an opportunity for display and communication, while ignoring the potential risks. I don't mean to belittle any kind of enterprise here, but I just want to explain the reality of a college student's employment. Because in the written interview process, in the group, the same group of Tsinghua Peking University native master's and doctor's degree was still despised. Are they not of high quality? I think those who can pass the college entrance examination in China are all qualified talents. I have laid so much groundwork just to explain a problem. Don't underestimate the group face. The group face is very important. When attending the interview, you should keep your figure down, don't be careless and don't show off. Carefully prepare for the group meeting and make every effort to prepare and perform for your promotion.
Next, let's talk about the group face in detail. The importance of group face has been mentioned above, so I won't go into details here. The biggest purpose of the group face is to brush people. I have seen 75% brush the most, and the rest can easily enter the comprehensive interview. At this time, you can show how capable you are. HR also started from the student days. I will definitely agree with and respect you. On the one hand, you are a talent after the league meeting and should be respected. Secondly, if you talk well and the salary is satisfactory, you will be colleagues with HR in the future and may become his leader. In this way, the comprehensive interview will be very comfortable. Join a group, usually in groups of 6-8 people. I have seen 10 people. A rule I found myself is that the more people in a group, the greater the possibility of being brushed. The reason is that the number of people entering the final comprehensive interview is limited, and the ratio of possible and final employment places is 3: 1 (this is already a very high ratio. The proportion of civil servants entering the final interview is like this). When the HR team is formed, everyone will have a business card in front of them and write down their names, so that everyone can know each other's names, so that the discussion in the group will be smoother. Generally, there are the following situations: 1. Traditional topics, such as moon escape and desert island escape, are to simulate a scene, list 15 items, choose their importance and rank them. This is very common. 2. Innovation theme: such as product promotion scheme, research and development scheme, etc. 3. Professional topics (I want to explain here that the majors here are more administrative and humanistic professional topics. If you study administrative manpower, you should enjoy this kind of problem. I was quite happy when I encountered administrative and manpower problems. The layoffs I met were also ranked according to the importance of the two aspects: the most wanted and the least wanted. There is also the annual meeting of the company or something. I think this kind of question is naive for me, and of course I can advance smoothly.
Having said that, let's talk about specific skills. My skill is not to take the lead, not to be a timekeeper, to fully discuss in the discussion, and finally to be a group of reporters. As many interviews have also said, timer, the timekeeper in the regiment, must have died in seconds. This is not necessarily the case, because many timers have good quality and positive discussion. Therefore, whether you want to make a timer or not depends on your own strength. As for leadership, in the interviews I have experienced, many girls like to be leaders, which I think may be related to girls being better at expressing themselves than boys. However, one thing is crucial. People who want to be leaders should fully weigh themselves before becoming leaders to see if they don't understand this case, have a rigorous thinking and are convincing. If not, I still advise you to pay attention to safety and don't take the lead, or you will shoot a bird in the head. Even the top 500 foreign companies, rooted in China for many years, are familiar with China's culture and China's way of doing things, sometimes even less enlightened than state-owned enterprises. What they say about leadership is good, encouraging innovation and challenges, but his premise is that you have the ability to innovate or challenge. If you don't have this ability, you will waste time, disrupt the agenda and please the whole team. Therefore, unless you are particularly sure, you should be cautious as a leader.
As far as reporting is concerned, my opinion is to strive for success. Usually in the group discussion for about 30 minutes, HR will stop and ask the group to recommend someone to report. At this time, if you are familiar with the whole group discussion, but you feel that your performance is not up to the point where HR will send it to you, then volunteer to be a reporter, which is your lifeline. Even if your summary is not particularly brilliant, HR will consider giving it to you as appropriate when seeing your desire to enter their company and your courage.
PS: My role in the group is to turn Gan Kun around. First of all, I won't be the first to speak, but I will write down my ideas and framework on paper. After the leader speaks, I will look for loopholes in him. At this time, I am not busy speaking to see if the next person supports the leader. If there is any doubt, I will put forward my point of view and see that everyone and HR have nodded. The whole group can continue to discuss according to the ideas I provided. Finally, make a report summary, and it will naturally pass.

According to your resume, organize your self-introduction, pay attention to your experience, delve into the details, and don't lie. Always be modest and courteous in the comprehensive interview, ensure that the answers to the main basic professional knowledge are not wrong, do not make low-level mistakes, and boldly express your thoughts in deeper professional knowledge. (Comprehensive interview, HR mainly depends on your professional quality, and professional interviewers look at majors. General foreign companies and state-owned enterprises also come in through campus recruitment channels. When he sees you, he thinks of himself in those days and has a feeling of wanting to help you. Plus, you are from a prestigious school, and your professional performance is good. It won't be too difficult for you. ). The key is always to be modest and prudent and polite. After pleasant communication, you will get your quotation. As for whether or not to sign the tripartite agreement, the decision is in your hands. At this time, you choose the enterprise in the two-way choice. You can talk about your needs and the treatment you want in a moderate and limited way (considering the income and the consumption level of the city where you work, you can't overcharge or sell yourself cheaply here). When HR sees that the campus recruitment is about to be completed, and all three of you have got it, he will attach great importance to you, which is the only opportunity for you to enter the enterprise to negotiate a good price. Of course, HR will try its best to meet your requirements. As long as it's not excessive. What needs to be noted here is that if it is a foreign company or a private enterprise, you can bargain with him, and don't say yes. However, if it is a central enterprise or a state-owned enterprise, your salary is stipulated in documents, which is a feature within the system. I made your request only out of respect for you, and in the end, it was mainly based on regulations. However, in the units within the system, wages and everything are just floating clouds, and they all live on welfare. I can't say why HR should meet your requirements.
