The main responsibilities of Qingyuan Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau

(a) the implementation of national and provincial policies and laws and regulations on housing and urban and rural construction, responsible for the management of engineering construction, building construction, residential real estate, survey and design consulting and other industries, formulate relevant local policies, development strategies and management regulations and guide their implementation.

(two) to undertake the responsibility of promoting housing reform and development and ensuring housing for low-income families in cities and towns. Guide the city's housing system reform, jointly with relevant departments, arrange municipal financial low-rent housing security funds and supervise the implementation of local organizations.

(three) to assume the responsibility of regulating the real estate market order, supervising and managing the real estate market, and put forward the development planning, management and industrial policies of the real estate industry in the city.

(4) To be responsible for the management of urban real estate property rights, the registration and certification of real estate rights, the supervision and management of house safety appraisal, house demolition, mapping and leasing, the implementation of private saving policy and mediation of house property disputes, and the guidance of real estate price evaluation and transaction.

Responsible for design review, project bidding, project supervision, quality and safety, construction permit and project cost management of construction projects. Manage urban construction archives.

Responsible for the guidance, supervision and inspection of the city's engineering quality and safety production, guiding the preparation of emergency rescue plans for engineering quality and safety accidents, and organizing or participating in the investigation, handling and implementation of major engineering quality and safety accidents.

(eight) to undertake the responsibility of promoting energy conservation and emission reduction in buildings and the development of science and technology in the industry. Organize the research and development of scientific and technological projects, guide the transformation and popularization of scientific and technological achievements in construction, be responsible for the management of developing bulk cement, commercial concrete and new wall materials, guide the management of professional qualifications of registered teachers in the industry, and be responsible for the management, skill appraisal and continuing education of construction employees.

(nine) to undertake the responsibility of guiding the construction of villages and towns, guiding the construction of villages and towns and rural housing, and guiding the improvement of human settlements in small towns and villages. To undertake the examination and approval, supervision and management of scenic spots according to law.

(ten) to carry out foreign economic and technological exchanges and cooperation in housing and urban and rural construction.
