Phase 1: Company/aviation school recruitment stage (the arrangements of each airline are slightly different)
①On-site registration
②On-site physical examination (mainly vision , height and long legs, directly screen out those who fail the hard indicators to save interview time), not to mention the two rounds of interviews and English tests, each company has different control
③ Civil Aviation Hospital first inspection, This part is arranged by the company. The physical examination conducted by the Civil Aviation Hospital is very formal and meticulous, covering eyes, nose, ears, athletic ability, etc. Have a good rest. There is nothing to prepare for. If you can pass it, just pass it. If you can't, forget it. . (The passing rate of this physical examination is generally only about 30%)
④The psychological test mainly checks whether you have potential anti-social tendencies, etc. It also tests memory, sense of direction, spatial thinking and basic operations. ability. The pass rate is very high (around 90%).
⑤The second physical examination at the Civil Aviation Hospital has the same content and standards as the first. It just changes to another civil aviation hospital and tests are all done again. Since the first physical examination has already been screened, the second physical examination will The pass rate is about 90%.

Phase 2: Aviation school training stage
The aviation school training stage is divided into two learning forms: ground theory + different aviation school ground theory. The length of training varies. Taking the Civil Aviation Flight College of China as an example, the training period is one year.
Theoretical training is to learn air navigation, flight principles, instrument flight procedures, civil aviation English, air traffic management basics, and crew resources. Management, human factors in flight, aviation power, aviation meteorology, aircraft systems, civil aircraft electrical instruments and communication systems, Jeppesen charts, flight performance and planning, aviation sports... etc.
After the course, you need to pass the private license + commercial license + instrument test before you can go to a branch or go abroad to complete subsequent practical flight training. You must also pass the IELTS test and enter the simulator training stage. The first half is mainly for learning to fly. The second half of the normal procedure is to learn to fly in some special emergency situations.
The actual flight is first led by the instructor and then the student flies alone. After completing the flight time specified by the Civil Aviation Administration of China, the flight is completed by the Civil Aviation Administration of China. Pass the practical flight test for private license, instrument license, and commercial license, obtain the additional instrument rating of the multi-engine commercial pilot license issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China, and obtain 20 hours of advanced flight experience.
Phase 3: Training completed and successful graduation
