(1) "Anshan Construction Project Construction Site Management Regulations" (Municipal Government Order No. 49)?
1. 2. 3. Article 5 is revised to read: Before the construction project starts, the construction unit or its entrusted project management unit (hereinafter referred to as the construction unit) must go through relevant approval procedures and obtain a construction project construction license in accordance with the law. ?
4. Article 6 is deleted, that is: the construction of construction projects shall be organized and carried out within the construction site, and relevant approval procedures shall be completed in accordance with regulations. ?
Blasting operations, erecting temporary power grids, moving cables, water outages, power outages, road closures, etc. during construction must be approved by relevant departments. 10. Article 14 is modified to read: The construction unit shall provide workers with a safe and hygienic living environment:?
(1) Establish a living and hygiene responsibility system. Food processing and production, and drinking water should comply with relevant requirements for food safety and hygiene management, and dedicated personnel should be responsible for cleaning and cleaning. Sanitary facilities such as sinks, showers, and flush toilets should be installed and comply with city appearance and environmental sanitation standards. ?
(2) The sanitation, ventilation and lighting equipment in the employee dormitories are good, the net height shall not be less than 2.4 meters, and the width of the aisle shall not be less than 0.9 meters. No tents are allowed on the construction site.

(3) There shall be no more than 16 residents in each room, and the beds shall not exceed two levels. It is strictly prohibited to use full bunks; openable windows shall be provided, and daily necessities counters shall be set up in the dormitory; it is strictly prohibited to place homework in the dormitory It is strictly prohibited to use tools, pull wires or install electrical equipment without permission. ?
(4) Various living facilities should meet fire protection, ventilation, sanitation and lighting requirements.
11. Article 15 is revised to read: The construction unit is responsible for the setting up and daily maintenance and management of the construction site enclosure.
Continuous and closed enclosures should be set up at the construction site and meet the following requirements:
(1) On both sides of the central business district, main roads and secondary roads in the urban area At the construction site, the height of the fence shall not be less than 4 meters, and in other areas of the construction site, the height of the fence shall not be less than 3 meters. For areas that are likely to have an impact on the surrounding environment and other special circumstances, the height of the fence shall be set according to actual needs. The height of the fence at the construction site within the county (city) area should comply with the relevant national and provincial technical specifications;?
(2) The fence foundation and structure must be solid and safe, and the fence surface must be smooth, clean, and Beautiful, no deformation, no damage, no rust;?
(3) The use of fences for publicity should be limited to public welfare content or content related to the corporate image and projects. Among them, public welfare publicity The content shall not be less than one-third of the content that can be published;?
(4) The construction site fences on both sides of the central business district, main roads and secondary roads should be illuminated. ?
For demolition plots, plots to be built and other plots that need to be fenced, the county (city) district people's government and the development zone management committee shall be the main body for fence setting and daily maintenance management , shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2 of this article. ?
12. Article 16 is deleted, that is: when non-construction administrative departments carry out supervision and inspection of construction project construction sites, they should do so through or in conjunction with the municipal, county (city) construction administrative departments. ?
13. Article 17 is revised to read: The construction unit shall, in accordance with the Fire Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant regulations, establish a fire prevention management system at the construction site, set up fire protection facilities that meet fire protection requirements, and maintain them in intact standby condition. ?

15. Article 19 is modified to read: The construction unit shall take the following measures to prevent environmental pollution:?

(2) A sedimentation tank should be set up at the construction site, and construction mud and domestic sewage should be discharged after sedimentation. ?
(3) Construction waste and domestic waste at the construction site should be collected centrally and piled in categories. It is prohibited to throw, scatter or burn construction waste at high altitude. ?
(4) Fixed watering points should be set up on the main roads within the construction site to sprinkle water regularly. ?
(5) The construction site should be greened. Flowers and grass should be planted in the space at the entrance, office area and living area to beautify and green the construction site environment. ?
16. Delete Article 20, that is, construction units must conscientiously abide by relevant regulations on urban management and accept supervision and inspection by relevant competent authorities. ?
17. Article 21 is deleted, that is: if the construction unit violates the provisions of Article 5 of these regulations and does construction without obtaining a construction permit, the construction administrative department shall impose penalties in accordance with the "Liaoning Province Construction Market Management Regulations" and other relevant laws and regulations. ?
18. Article 22 is revised to read: Anyone who violates the provisions of Articles 8, 9, 11, 12, 14 and 18 of these Regulations shall be given a warning and ordered by the construction administrative department Corrections must be made within a time limit; if corrections are not made within the time limit, a fine of not less than RMB 3,000 but not more than RMB 10,000 shall be imposed.

1.
