As the most dynamic, potential and profitable strategic resource, human resources have become the leading factor for enterprises to participate in competition and strive for development. Human resource is the most important resource for enterprise competition. Through quantitative and qualitative analysis and investigation, this paper investigates and analyzes the problems existing in the human resource management of wa y private enterprises in Tianjin, such as employee recruitment, training, salary management, performance appraisal and incentive measures, and holds that the human resource management of private enterprises is still in the traditional personnel management stage, the positioning of human resource management institutions is low, the investment in training is seriously insufficient, and there is no effective incentive mechanism. The reasons for the emergence of private enterprises include insufficient attention to human resource management, the influence of traditional personnel relations in China, unclear human resource management objectives, and poor effects of various management methods. The low production efficiency of private enterprises, the inability to supply supplements, and the imperfect collection of accounts receivable in sales departments all come down to the problem of human resource management. To solve this problem, we should not only raise awareness, but also constantly improve the human resource management system, incentives and staffing, and corporate culture construction.
