Introduce yourself in the interview for three minutes.

During the interview, most interviewers will have the following opening remarks: Please briefly introduce yourself for 3 minutes. It would be wrong to just repeat what is on your resume!

1. The interviewer should examine these aspects through the self-introduction of the interviewee:

First of all, check whether the content of self-introduction conflicts with the content of submitting resume. If the resume is true, there will be no obvious difference in oral self-introduction. If the resume is false, the self-introduction stage will generally leak. If the interviewee asks "My experience is written in my resume", the interviewer's impression score will drop.

Secondly, the interviewer's basic logical thinking ability and language expression ability are investigated, and summarized, refined and generalized.

Third, whether the interviewee will be concise and have the ability to perceive and control the scene.

Fourth, investigate the interviewees' initial self-cognitive ability and value orientation. Because the interviewer should describe the reasons at the key point of career change, especially the reasons for the recent career change.

2. What should I pay attention to when introducing myself?

First, time control. The self-introduction during the interview usually ends in 3 ~ 5 minutes, with a maximum of 10 minute. In addition, grasp the position of time allocation. If you introduce yourself in 5 minutes, you should complete the introduction of nature including educational experience within 1 minute; In the last three to five years, the job introduction was 3 minutes; The rest of the experience takes 1 minute. If you don't do anything special, you can introduce your most valuable experience in two minutes.

Second, content control. 1. What you did. Introduce your resume. Make clear what you have done, the corresponding work unit, work place, work post, position, work content, etc. Time node, especially what you have done in recent years. Earlier work experience or study experience can be skipped, and the principle of "highlighting key points" should be grasped.
