Yantai Coastal Zone Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences is a research institution established by China Academy of Sciences, Shandong Province and Yantai City, and it is an academic institution specializing in comprehensive and cross-cutting coastal zone research in China. The Institute currently has more than 2 employees, including four research units, namely, the Key Laboratory of Coastal Environmental Process and Ecological Restoration of China Academy of Sciences, the Key Laboratory of Coastal Biology and Biological Resources Utilization, the Laboratory of Coastal Information Integration and Comprehensive Management, and the Shandong Coastal Environmental Engineering Technology Research Center. It has also established analytical testing and field observation platforms, such as the public technical service center, Muping coastal environmental comprehensive experimental station, the Yellow River Delta coastal wetland ecological experimental station and the "Innovation One" coastal comprehensive scientific research ship. More than 13 kinds of network databases, such as ISIWebofKnowledge,Elsevier,ACS and Wiley, have been opened, and they have joined the CSDL interlibrary loan and document delivery service system. There are two first-class discipline doctor training points in environmental science and engineering and marine science, and a first-class discipline master training point in geography, which has the right to enroll master and doctoral students independently.

since its establishment, the research institute has made a number of scientific research achievements in the fields of coastal resources, environment, ecology, disasters and management with the mission of "recognizing the laws of coastal zones and supporting sustainable development", making significant innovative contributions to the national coastal ecological environment security, resource conservation and utilization and sustainable development management. Facing the future, the Institute will devote itself to the basic research and technology research and development of coastal sustainable development, and promote the comprehensive intersection and system integration of coastal ecological environment security, theoretical innovation of sustainable utilization of biological resources and key technologies, and achieve systematic and original results with international influence.

According to the needs of work, in 217, Yantai Institute of Coastal Zone, Chinese Academy of Sciences openly recruited postdoctoral fellows, and related matters were announced as follows:

(1) They have obtained or will soon obtain a doctorate and are under the age of 35;
