Why do today’s young people prefer naked speech more and more?
Resigning is commonplace for everyone who works hard in the workplace. However, for many people, naked speech still requires a certain amount of courage.
However, as the post-90s generation enters the workplace, the average age of companies is gradually getting younger, more and more people are resigning naked, and resignations are becoming more and more willful.
The Internet often becomes a hot topic for all kinds of weird resignation reports, such as "The world is so big, I want to see it", "My breasts are too big to fit here" and so on.
The obvious feeling is that young people nowadays resign more casually. So why is this happening?
The reason can be summed up in one sentence: young people today have less pressure in life.
Let’s first analyze the post-70s and post-80s generations.
After these people enter society, they are actually under a lot of pressure. If you don’t have a family background and your parents can’t provide financial support, you have to rely on yourself for everything. In today’s society, buying a car or a house is definitely a lot of pressure. Moreover, most people born in the 1975s and 1980s are already married and have children and elderly people to support. If they have car loans or housing loans, the monthly repayment pressure is very high.
In this case, there are too many things to consider when resigning. Moreover, once you resign and have no source of income, you will be under great pressure to repay the loan, and you may be in danger of being cut off. Also, one person's resignation may have an impact on his family.
So, under such pressure of life, resigning is definitely not an easy thing. Of course, if you have a rich family, that's another matter.
Let’s analyze the post-90s generation.
The parents of those born in the 1990s were born before the 1970s. The parents of these people have worked hard in society for more than 20 years, accumulated a lot of wealth, and were born in a relatively good era. College students were assigned jobs and companies were assigned jobs. Houses and so on were all overtaken by this group of people. Moreover, most of the people born in the 1990s are only sons/daughters in their families.
The family situation of these people is relatively good. I have a house at home, so I don’t have to worry about it, and the car probably won’t be a big problem either. Therefore, in this situation where the family is relatively rich, the pressure of life is much less. What if I quit my job and have no income for a month or two?
Just because the family background is better, the living environment is also different. If their parents talked about the hardships they suffered back then, I believe most people born in the 1990s would not be able to understand. The living conditions have been relatively good since childhood, and naturally the requirements for the working environment after entering society are also relatively high. If the working environment is not good, naturally I can't stand it, so I leave my job.
On the other hand, the thinking of the post-90s generation is different from the "old stubbornness" of the older generation. The post-90s generation pays more attention to the quality of life and is able to release life stress. So if you don’t like a job, resign!
In short, it is indeed easier for young people today to leave their jobs than older people, but there are a series of reasons for this.
