After the expiration of the contract, Party A will bear Party B's one-way air ticket back to the country. During the contract period, Party B will bear his own travel expenses when he returns to the country for personal vacation. During the vacation, Party A will not pay any salary.
4. Salary payment: Domestic payment in China (Party A pays directly to the account designated by Party B). The salary payment period of Party B is the same as that of project employees. If both parties terminate the contract or the contract expires without reaching an agreement on renewal of the contract, Party A must pay Party B's remaining salary before Party B returns to the country.
5. During the working period, if Party B works for less than one month, the daily salary will be converted according to the standard of 1 month and 30 days, and the salary will be paid based on the actual working days.
6. The expenses incurred by Party B due to illness during the contract period shall be subject to Party A’s project employee regulations, and the salary shall be paid at 50% of the monthly salary. If you are sick for more than one month and are unable to perform Party B's obligations, the contract will be automatically terminated.
7. If Party B suffers accidental casualties during the contract period, the incident shall be handled and compensated in accordance with the regulations of the Chinese state and Party A’s unit, but the maximum amount of compensation shall not exceed RMB 200,000.
Article 4: Party B’s obligations
1. Party B shall abide by the laws of the country where it is located and China; and keep Party A’s business secrets.
2. Party B shall obey Party A’s work arrangements.
3. Comply with all rules and regulations stipulated by Party A and obey Party A’s management.
Article 5: Party A’s Obligations
1. Party A shall pay Party B’s labor remuneration in a timely manner.
2. Provide food, accommodation, necessary office conditions and labor protection supplies.
Article 6: Change, termination and rescission of the contract
1. After the employment contract is signed, both parties to the contract must fully perform their obligations under the contract, and neither party may change the contract without authorization. When changes are really needed, both parties should reach consensus and change the contract according to the original signed procedures. If both parties fail to reach an agreement, the original contract shall remain valid.
2. This contract can be terminated by mutual agreement between Party A and Party B.
3. If Party B has any of the following circumstances, Party A may terminate the employment contract.
(1) Serious violation of labor discipline or Party A’s rules and regulations;
(2) Failure to perform contractual obligations, causing significant losses to Party A’s interests;
(3) Being held criminally responsible according to law.
4. Under the following circumstances, Party A may terminate the employment contract, but shall notify Party B in writing 3O days in advance.

Article 7: Liability for breach of contract

Article 8: Other matters
1. If Party B makes a major mistake that affects the credibility of the project and economic interests. Party A has the right to take punishment (salary deduction, salary suspension, etc.).
2. If any dispute arises during the performance of the contract, both parties will resolve it through negotiation.
