?
Based on the job vacancies and personnel needs of Qixian public institutions, after research, it was decided to target The society openly recruits 268 teachers.
1. Application units and quotas
There are 170 teachers in rural primary schools in Qixian County, 10 teachers in Qixian Senior High School, 20 teachers in Qixian No. 1 Senior High School, and Qixian No. 2 Senior High School. 20 people, including 38 junior high school teachers in Qixian townships and 10 vocational secondary schools. 2. Recruitment scope and targets
1. Primary school teachers must meet one of the following conditions:
⑴ Primary school teachers Must have a full-time general college degree or above, and also have a teacher qualification certificate;
⑵Full-time normal school graduates from Qixian County, and have a teacher qualification certificate;
2. Junior high school Teachers must have a full-time general college degree or above, and have a junior high school or above teacher qualification certificate in the corresponding major;
3. High school teachers must have a full-time general undergraduate degree or above, and have a corresponding major High school or above teacher qualification certificate;
4. Vocational secondary school teachers must have a full-time general college degree or above.
3. Eligibility and Conditions
(1) Applicants must meet the following conditions:
1. Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China;
2. Abide by the constitution and laws and have good conduct;
3. Under 35 years old (for full-time normal school graduates from Qixian County, the age is relaxed to under 40 years old) deadline As of September 1, 2017;

IV. Registration and Qualification Review
This registration will be conducted on-site.
(1) Registration time: October 16 to 20, 2017, 8:30 to 11:30 am and 15:00 to 17:30 pm every day.
(2) Registration location: Downstairs of Fumin Credit Union, 150 meters west of Chengguan Town Government.
(3) Registration method:
1. College graduates must present their original valid ID cards, graduation certificates (degree certificates), household registers, corresponding qualification certificates, etc. Photocopies; at the same time, submit 4 recent one-inch bareheaded photos of the same background, and go to the registration location to register;
2. Full-time normal graduates from Qixian County must bring their personal files when registering;
3. If the candidate is an in-service person, he or she must also provide proof of consent from the unit;
4. When registering, the "Kaifeng Qixian Teacher Recruitment Application Form" should be submitted by himself;
5. When applying, the qualifications will be reviewed and fees paid according to the application process.
The ID card used when registering and taking the exam must be consistent. If the application position has other requirements, originals and copies of relevant certificates and certificates must be provided.
(4) The ratio of the number of applicants for each recruitment position to the number of recruitment positions should be more than 3:1. If the ratio cannot reach 3:1, adjustments will be made through consultation based on the application conditions, job requirements and the candidate's personal wishes.
If the ratio still cannot reach 3:1 after adjustment, the number of recruitment positions must be reduced accordingly; if the ratio still cannot be reached after adjustment, the position will no longer be recruited.
(5) In this recruitment, the qualification review runs through the entire process of examination and recruitment. The information and relevant materials provided by the candidates when registering must be true and valid, and they must sign a good faith commitment when registering. If an applicant is found to be inconsistent with the qualifications required for the recruitment position or provides false materials, his or her qualifications for examination and employment will be cancelled, a bad record will be registered, and he will not be allowed to register for the public recruitment examinations of all public institutions in Qixian County for three years.
(6) Those who pass the registration qualification review shall pay an examination fee of 60 yuan as required.
(7) Those who pass the registration qualification review should go to the original registration location to collect the "Admission Ticket" with their valid ID card and information confirmation form. Time will be notified later.
5. Examination
The examination is divided into written examination and interview.
(1) Written test
The written test is conducted in the form of unified propositions, unified organization, and closed-book examination.
1. The written examination subjects are basic theoretical knowledge of teachers and relevant knowledge required for employment positions. The full score is 100 points. This exam does not specify exam tutoring books, nor does it hold or entrust any organization to hold exam tutoring training classes.
2. Written test time and location: See the admission ticket.
Written test score calculation method: Written test score = basic knowledge of educational theory × 50 and relevant knowledge required for the employment position × 50.
The written test results and the list of candidates for interview will be announced on the Qixian People’s Government website, Qixian Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the employer.
(2) Interview
1. Based on the written test scores, the candidates for the interview will be determined from high scores to low scores in a ratio of 1:2 to the number of recruits. Those who are absent from one subject of the written examination, cheat or score zero will not be allowed to enter the interview.
2. Candidate interviews will be conducted in a simulated classroom, with a full score of 100 points.
The interview work will be organized and implemented by the public recruitment leading group of Qixian public institutions.

(3) Calculation of the total test score
Calculation method of the total test score: Total test score = written test score and interview score
(4) Tie in the total score , those with high interview scores will be given priority to advance to the next stage.
(5) If the actual number of candidates participating in the interview does not reach the prescribed interview ratio, the interview can be conducted as planned after study and approval by the office of the public recruitment leading group of the public institution. If only one candidate enters the interview for a certain position, or the number of proposed positions is equal to the number of people participating in the interview, the candidate's interview score must reach the average score of all candidates interviewed by the same interview question book before the candidate can proceed to the next link. .
VI. Physical examination and assessment
According to the total test scores, the personnel to participate in the physical examination and assessment will be determined from high scores to low scores in a ratio of 1:1 to the number of people to be recruited. The list of candidates for physical examination and assessment will be published on the Qixian People's Government website, the Qixian Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the employer.
The physical examination mainly checks whether the physical health of the examinee can meet the needs of the recruitment position. The physical examination work is organized and implemented by the public recruitment leading group of Qixian public institutions.
For those who fail the physical examination and the job vacancies caused by the physical examination, based on the job requirements, the employer applies and is approved by the county recruitment leading group. Those who applied for the same position and participated in the interview can be selected according to the total number of examinations. Scores are ranked in ascending order from high scores to low scores. Those who pass the physical examination will be assessed by the county Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in accordance with the requirements of the county recruitment leading group. 7. Go through the employment procedures
Based on the total test scores and assessment results, the candidates to be hired will be selected and announced to the public. The publicity period is 7 days.
(1) If the applicant has no objection after being announced by the public institution, the employment procedures shall be handled in accordance with the prescribed procedures.
A probationary period system is implemented for employed personnel. After the probationary period expires, the employer will conduct a comprehensive inspection. Those who are qualified will be formally employed; those who are unqualified will be cancelled.
