During that month in Lhasa, I volunteered for more than 4 hours every day, and then I was free when I was busy. So I went to play, visited Lhasa and ate those legendary delicacies.

0 1 acid-Gushu yogurt

Old tree yogurt may be known to many people. In Barkhor Street, on the roadside leading to Jokhang Temple, there is an old tree. Next to Gushu is Gushu Yogurt Shop, which is easy to find.

When I first went to Barkhor Street, I didn't know there was such a famous yogurt shop by the old tree.

I only remember that tree, and there are always Tibetan old people sitting under it. There they basked in the sun, recited scriptures and meditated. ...

Later, Chen chen and I went to the store specially and found it according to the map. Then the two giggled and said, "How can we be so stupid?" .

How easy it is to find this place. I don't know, so I follow the map. Although it can be reached, it has taken many remote roads.

Two people ordered two bowls of yogurt, I ordered osmanthus yogurt, and Chen chen ordered Namco yogurt. (ps: Namco yogurt was stirred, so I remembered to take pictures, so the value was a bit ugly).

Yogurt here must be sweetened, sweetened, sweetened! Because it is much more sour than the yogurt eaten in the mainland, and there is less sugar. It is really sour.

This yogurt costs about 20 yuan 15 ~ a bowl. Lhasa is quite expensive. It's okay to try once in a while.

My favorite is sweet-scented osmanthus yogurt (well, as soon as I eat it, I eat two flavors), which is also recommended by many people on the Internet. It tastes sweet-scented osmanthus and tastes good. As for Namco yogurt, neither Chen chen nor I think it is delicious.

I went out for the first time, strolled around Barkhor Street and had an afternoon tea. A young sister who lives in an inn recommended Chen chen to go to this shop, and I went with Chen chen.

I didn't know it was a famous shop at first, but later I knew it. You can find the big ice room there. Some of my friends like Da Bing's books. Do you like it? You can stop and read a book.

Chen chen and I found a window seat. You can see the scenery outside. The decoration in the shop is very simple, and everything is very simple. Just like the old life.

I ordered a pot of 10 yuan sweet tea, which was really affordable. A small kettle is enough for us to drink.

I ordered two vegetarian steamed stuffed buns, a plate of beef and jiaozi, with sweet tea, and I can eat and drink vigorously. I forgot how much it was worth. It's not expensive anyway.

It's nice to sit by the window and have afternoon tea, watching people come and go, and watching those devout worshippers kowtow all the way.

Because Zhao Taizhai lives in an inn, I decided to give her a hand and go out to dry in the sun.

I tempted her with food and she agreed. I really ate with her all day that day. Drink sweet tea, eat braised pork rice, and go to Yuxue Restaurant (I will write about it later).

This sweet tea is really a local sweet tea and a favorite place for Tibetans. As soon as they entered, they were all Tibetans in Tibetan costumes. Zhao and I, like aliens, broke into their world.

I thought the magpie pavilion was simple enough, but I didn't expect it to be simpler.

There are only hidden noodles and so on. We didn't even have French fries when we went. I don't know if we bought it out. I read other people's previous travel notes and said there were French fries.

I didn't eat anything else at that time, so I asked for two cups of sweet tea. One dollar a cup, how many cups to drink, only cash.

Get your own cup, and then find your own seat and wait. Wait for the Tibetan aunt to come with a sweet teapot. You pay in one hand and she pours sweet tea in the other.

Many Tibetans drink sweet tea here, and some drink one cup after another. They don't necessarily do anything, unlike people in cafes, reading and drinking tea, or anything else.

They just drink tea and turn their hair at most. Or say something in your mouth, it is estimated that you have read the scriptures.

I don't understand it, but I think it's good.

Because it was really inappropriate, Zhao and I finished drinking sweet tea and left silently.

03 Luwei-Tuotuo Braised Pork Rice

This braised pork rice was recommended to us by Jun Jun. She tasted it and found the environment unique and delicious. Let's have a try.

So at noon that day, my lunch with Zhao was settled here. As Jun Jun said, everything is fine, but it's not easy to find.

I called the store twice and found it under her guidance. It turned out to be on Maggie Amy's right, and she walked 100 meters. There happened to be a checkpoint entering Barkhor Street, and I forgot the entrance number.

Camel braised pork rice is opened in an inn. I don't know whether to operate separately or together. Just find this octagonal silver culture hotel, right inside.

The room where we ate at that time was here, and some decorations in it, I don't know, should be Tibetan elements, which looked very chic. Maybe not everyone can accept it, but it doesn't matter. Taste is king.

20-30 yuan, a pot-stewed meal, depending on what you choose. The comments on the website said that braised pork rice was the best, but we didn't order it. I chose chicken wings braised pork rice, and Zhao chose chicken legs braised pork rice.

Chicken legs are so big that people with small appetites probably can't finish them. To tell the truth, their family's marinade is really delicious, especially fragrant, with delicious food, in one word: praise!

Add a box of iced black tea when eating, cool! After all, there is a lot of meat and gravy is a bit greasy. Have some tea.

Finally, I want to say that his kimchi is good. Let's have dinner. The most important thing in kimchi is taste. It must be crisp. Their family made it.

It's all homemade kimchi, which tastes authentic. People who like kimchi will fall in love with their kimchi. Anyway, we asked the boss to add kimchi to us.

This is another pickle that the boss later added to us with a bowl. In Sichuan, it's really Bashi (delicious).

In Lhasa, it is sweet, sour and bittersweet. I have tasted all these flavors. In fact, no matter what the taste is, no matter how delicious it is, my favorite taste is freedom.
