Installation method and steps

1. Remove the pin sleeve on the bucket and set it aside for future use.

2. Use a grease gun to inject butter into the drill pipe hole sleeve of the hydraulic breaker, install the drill pipe and nail it into the bolt.

3. Put the front sleeve of the excavator boom between the ear plates of the hydraulic breaker shell, install the pin sleeve, operate the excavator boom, lift the breaker, put down the "bull bone" of the boom, and install another part of the pin sleeve.

4. Connect the hydraulic oil pipe on the forearm with two high-pressure hoses and the intermediate oil cylinder of the hydraulic breaker, tighten the bolt and open the valve of the hydraulic oil pipe on the forearm.

5. After installation and debugging, check the overall operation and make appropriate adjustments.

Matters needing attention

Disassembly and assembly of excavator is risky, so please treat it with caution. Please check the instructions!

Dismantling and installing related accessories of excavators should avoid being polluted by muck, so as not to affect the quality of hydraulic oil.

In the case of low temperature, it is necessary to warm up the engine properly before the trial operation of hydraulic hammer.
