Preferential policies for enterprises during the epidemic period in Weiyang District, Xi'an:

1. Enterprises will receive employment subsidies in one go. The number of newly recruited employees in that year is ≥ 100, and they have signed labor contracts for more than one year, and participate in social insurance in accordance with the law. Subsidy standards: For those with 100 or more people, 300 or more people, and 500 or more people, a one-time employment subsidy will be provided according to the standards of 2,000 yuan per person, 2,500 yuan per person, and 3,000 yuan per person respectively.

2. A one-time social insurance subsidy for newly recruited employees of the enterprise. Newly recruited employees must sign a labor contract for more than one year and participate in social insurance in accordance with the law. A one-time social insurance subsidy of 1,000 yuan per person will be provided based on the number of newly recruited employees.

3. Enterprise chartered car subsidies. Enterprises that have resumed work and production can collectively transport their employees from other places (outside the administrative divisions of Xi'an City) back to Xi'an City through chartered cars, chartered railway trains, etc. Liang and Gaoling provide one-time transportation expenses for picking up and dropping off their employees to and from Xi'an city. If a single chartered bus carries more than 15 people, the chartered bus fee will be fully subsidized. Commuter shuttles arranged by companies are not included in this scope.

4. Transportation subsidies for those who return to work on their own. Starting from January 25, 2020 (inclusive), employees of enterprises that have resumed work and production will return to Xi'an City from other areas (outside the administrative divisions of Xi'an City) on their own.
