Applicants must meet the following conditions:

(1) Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China;

(2) Abide by the Constitution and laws of the People’s Republic of China;

(3) Have good conduct ;

(4) Have the physical condition to adapt to the requirements of the position;

(5) Have the majors, professional qualifications, professional skills and special requirements of individual positions required for the position to be applied for. (See the "Recruitment Position List" for details);

(6) Possess nationally recognized academic qualifications that meet the job requirements (foreign students must provide academic qualification certification from the National Ministry of Education's Study Abroad Certification Center);

(7) Those who apply for the targeted recruitment of "six categories of grassroots service project positions" must be grassroots project personnel who have served in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region or Baotou City for 2 years as of December 31, 2014 and have passed the assessment. As of the registration start date, those who have been officially hired to work in government agencies or public institutions based on the "Serving Grassroots Projects or Retired College Soldiers" position can no longer apply for the "Serving Grassroots Projects or Retired College Soldiers" position.

(8) Applicants must be over 18 years old and under 35 years old. Some special positions may be appropriately relaxed (subject to the job schedule). The calculation of age involved in this recruitment ends on October 31, 2014. For example, those aged 35 and below should be born on or after November 1, 1978.
