Recruitment process of special post teachers

Generally, after being admitted to a special post, you can find a teacher qualification certificate locally. After passing the special post examination, there will be pre-job training, followed by qualification confirmation and signing the contract.

Pre job training

The main contents of the pre-job training for the proposed special post teachers are moral education, new curriculum ideas, teaching materials and teaching methods, and the basic requirements for performing their duties. The training time is not less than 30 hours. Pre-job training is conducted by combining online distance training with centralized training, which is arranged by the Provincial Department of Education as a whole, and jointly organized and implemented by the provincial cities and Shegang counties (cities).

Teacher qualification determination

After passing the pre-job training, the education administrative department at the county level shall identify the special post teachers who meet the corresponding teacher qualification conditions and are not recognized as teachers, and issue the teacher qualification certificate free of charge.
