Salary standard of socialized labor in Jintan District

Changzhou City (including Wujin District) implements the provincial first-class standard of 132 yuan/month; Jintan City and liyang city City implement the provincial second-class standard of 11 yuan/month.

Changzhou City (including Wujin District) implements the provincial first-class standard of 11.5 yuan/hour; Jintan City and liyang city City implement the provincial second-class standard 9.6 yuan/hour.

The minimum wage standard does not include the following contents:

(1) overtime pay;

(2) allowances under special working environment and conditions such as middle shift, night shift, high temperature, low temperature, underground, toxic and harmful;

(3) laws, regulations and the welfare treatment of workers stipulated by the state, etc.

after excluding the above-mentioned items and individuals who pay the housing provident fund according to the lower limit, the monthly salary paid by the employer to the workers shall not be lower than the minimum wage.
